Please instruct your employees to wash their hands. It's not sanitary to keep using the same dirty gloves sitting on the counter and not washing their hands after each transaction or handling money and credit/debit cards.
They also shouldn't get upset when a patron ASKS them to wash their hands. I got a LOT of attitude and going back and forth about the last time she washed her hands. People pass all kinds of germs from not washing hands. DO BETTER! You lost a customer today.
