Nothing Bundt Cakes

My daughters have been here a few times and said the cakes were good. However, kids like most sweets. They didn’t tell me it was like taking a bite out of heaven good!!! I took a bit of my daughters cake last night after it had been here almost a week and oh my goodness!!!!! It was delicious!!! So good, I went there today and bought more and a few for a gift. The young lady working was as sweet as the cakes!!!! You definitely have a new customer that will be telling everyone how wonderful your cakes are!!!!!

I placed an online order for pickup when I arrived I was told it wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes well those minutes turned Into an hr which is absolutely ridiculous! The girls at the front were really sweet and were doing their best she did compensate me with 2 bundlets which is why I’m giving 3 stars. The cakes are really good. Hopefully next time we can be in and out in a proper amount of time.

I've been getting my cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes for awhile so I know what they should and shouldn't be like. We just moved here so this is a new location. My husband ordered me a red velvet individual serving for my birthday. They're supposed to have chocolate chips in them. Not a single bite from anywhere in the cake but the very top of it had chocolate chips. So about 2 bites had chips. Like 95% was just the cake. I get my red velvet from here because I like the chocolate chips. If it's thrown into the batter before you bake them, you need to mix your batter more. If it's just thrown ontop before you bake them, it sucks that way. They also give less icing then other stores. I was just disappointed.

Staff is rude... which is bad because the cakes are good. We drove an hour to pick some cakes up. They said they weren't selling cakes today unless your ordered during the week. They needed cakes for Mothers day tomorrow. What kind of business plan is that. The staff acted like we should have known they stopped selling cakes without orders the day before Mothers day. Wth?

I am disappointed at the lack of freshness of the Bundt Cakes. I have purchased these cakes for the last two years for My mother's birthday and have always been satisfied with the product. This year the cakes were not fresh. I contacted the store about the problem and it appears that my concerns weren't taken seriously. I will no longer purchases these cakes!! Worst practices in customer services.

Ordered a cake for my wife's birthday here to try something different than the usual. They did an amazing job decorating it, and the cake itself was delicious. Service was really good as well, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality. I love that they have so many options for flavors and sizes (from individual to large-ish parties).
