Burger King

I have never been to this location before. I had to grab lunch today and this was the closest place. At 12:30pm this joint was PACKED both drive thru and inside. I opted to go inside. While I had to wait for a few minutes to get my order taken, I notice the crew working to get the orders together. Everyone I saw was working and communicating with others to get the orders done as fast as possible. The reason I’m writing this is to commend the staff for being polite with great customer service during what was a VERY busy busy day.

When I pulled up one of their Cooks was outside smoking a cigarette and visible sight of the customer he went in once he saw me going in he didn't prepare my food thank God but the other guy was texting on his phone he didn't wash his hands he put on his gloves and prepare my food. When I asked the manager could you make sure they wash they hands he only looked at me and he did not say nothing of big heavy set black man gray dreadlocks long I said nothing and he wasn't presentable walking around in sandals in the store to be a manager disgusted

Male cashier had no personality. Manager seemed like she didnt like her job, Hispanic guy was sweeping and mopping beside our table instead of skipping over us to let us enjoy our meal with no dust and dust flying up in the air falling on our food, a boy being interviewed for employment seemed to be alil unsure about working there with his looks and actions on his face. Then the whole restaurant started to feel like the aroma of straight up strong undiluted pine-sol cleaner. Me and my family then had to leave, we couldn't breathe in there, we got up, threw out less then half eaten food in the trash and left.

I worked here for 3 days before exiting. This place is infested with ROACHES. Mold in all the drink machines and coffee pots. Employees handled all food with their bare hands and No gloves. It was the NASTIEST establishment I Ever stepped foot in. I recorded everything and then emailed the HEALTH board to hopefully shut this place allll the way down.
