My partner and I ordered some food from this place through door dash and were very disappointed in the quality of the food. Not only was the bacon completely black and burnt, we found a full on dead moth in the quinoa bowl. We are grossed out and bummed, we get food here often and won't be doing so anymore. The manager is refunding us but was rude and curt on the phone, although the boy who answered the phone was very kind.

I’m a truck driver that delivers to a pharmacy in this plaza where The Works is located. This morning I decided to go inside for the first time because I was hungry and could also use a cup of coffee on a very cold morning. I must say I was very pleased to have gotten my food very fast. Not only was the service good but the food tasted delicious! Best breakfast that I’ve had in quite awhile. And NO this is not a paid review!

It’s alright. I love that there are lots of study spots, but the food is pretty expensive for the mediocre quality. Why charge $1.50 for cream cheese? That’s insane. The hot coffee is almost always burnt and the options drop by half after lunch (often no more hazelnut or decaf). It’s cozy and convenient, but if there was somewhere else I’d go there without a doubt.

Best bagels on the Planet. Has been from the day Richard French first poked a hole in his toast.
Strangely, when I asked the cashier to "scoop" my bagel he looked at me like I was from Mars (or New York). When I explained it, he apologized and said he had never been out of New Hampshire. Indeed, it was a perfectly scooped everything bagel, double toasted, with salmon, onions, cream cheese, capers, and lettuce. It looks like whoever made the bagel, in his scooping excitement, didn't notice the "no tomatoes". Oh well, they're easy to pick off.

I just ordered a sunrise breakfast sandwich took it home and found this mushy mess. The bacon was totally burnt; the advertised avocado was barely there… so disappointed

This morning I stopped in at The Works (Durham NH) for coffee and food. I parked in the lot that is open to customers. I was at The Works for about 20 min and walked no where else. My car was booted. The lot policies are that you have to be shopping at one of the businesses to park there, I clearly was. I had to show a recite to get my boot taken off (I was holding a The Works coffee cup in my hand). I want to make clear The Work DOES NOT OWN THE LOT. My experiences with The Works employees have always been FANTASTIC. The employees were great about looking up my order and providing me with a recite (i had initially checked "no recite") but if this is the song and dance I have to go through every time I visit this location then I'm not sure it is worth it, for any of the shops off of this lot. I hope they can get this relationship figured out. I would love to come back, but don't think it is worth it while this is how the parking lot operates.

I got a Southwest Chicken Burrito and my gf got a Sesame Ginger Chicken Quinoa Bowl. Both were really good. They were busy when we got there, but the wait wasn't long. The staff were friendly. I will be going back to try their other food

My first time here. Was greeted with overwhelming friendliness and a delicious salmon bowl. Awesome place to sit and work on your laptop or read a book.
