Popped in for the Sunday carvery and was met with a very warm welcome. I can only echo and reinforce other reviewers comments regarding the excellent quality of food and friendly staff. Just try it, you won’t be disappointed!

The hotel is a bit run down but is made up of the excellent Thai food and hospitality Back again, don't buy the spare ribs they are overcooked dry and burnt. Hospitality is still excellent, hasn't put me off, but would not buy the ribs

Cant go wrong, 12.95 for a carvery 6.95 for kids. Had a choice of four meats, pork, gammon, beef and turkey. It was cut thick...would recommed for anyone wanting a sunday dinner thats not to pricey

We went to this hotel for a meal and a drink the place was clean with (while we were there two working there the landlord/bar manager and the Thai (I think) lady cooking both were pleasant and helpful, the Guinness was superb, the Thai food was plentiful and reasonably priced.
