Lovely meal, great beers, and possibly the best chips I have ever savoured.

First time in this pub, although my in laws frequent it regularly..great pint of ale, great location...the weather wasn't great but we were able to sit outside with our dogs under the covered seating area. A nice touch, the waitress gave out dogs a treat which enhanced my opinion of the pub even more. Also great service bringing the hot drinks to our table..well done the bulls head.

This Thwaites pub is a gem. By far the best in the locality. The beers, food and service are spot on and the team go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. My favourite B94 eats andf drinks

I go frequently but haven't sat down to eat there for ages. It's so dog friendly it becomes my local in the summer. Tonight i ate there and it was absolutely fantastic. I had the beetroot starter which was the best starter i have ever had. The earl grey sticky toffee pudding was so light but so indulgent , again one of the best I've had. The staff were absolutely brilliant, happy and efficient. I cannot rate this place enough . Thank you for a fantastic meal

Great friendly atmosphere, lovely country pub with fantastic fresh food, a little on the pricey side but a great destination venue.

Food and beer was good, lunch time service needs to be a bit quicker as it was a bit slow.

We came here for a meal Sunday afternoon not been for over a year . The service was very good and we didn't wait to long for the food even when it started to fill up. I had the classic burger and the double chocolate brownie , and I have to say the burger was dam good.

Lovely pub with a lovely atmosphere. There are a lot of tables crammed in next to one another though making the dining area slightly tight. Staff are always friendly and the food was delicious. I had visited the week before also on a Sunday and I wasn't as impressed with that. After this we had a burger which was lovely. Location is lovely and happily visit again...maybe some WD40 on the ladies toilet door though.

Lovely venue, and nicely decorated for a warm, festive season! Staff were attentive and my companions thoroughly enjoyed their pies - the chips were also delicious! My Sunday beef roast was okay but could have had more interesting veg than just carrots and parsnips.

A lovely country Pub, not far out from Solihull. Good parking, lots of seating in and outside. Friendly helpful staff. We stopped by for lunch while out on our bikes. Lovely sunny sheltered spot down the side of the Pub. The staff served us promptly, bringing drinks and food out to us. Would come again, the lunch menu was great. Great location for a break on a bike ride. Have been back on several occasions for family dinner out and lunches, each time the food has been good and the service great.

Probably one of the best county pubs I’ve been to. A very friendly and atmosphere that’s dog friendly, a great selection of spirits and beers, and the food was fantastic. The staff are all on point too, friendly and attentive without being annoying. Service was fast and efficient, I really can’t fault this lovely pub!

Wonderful service, very clean, great fresh food with a few different vegan options! Would definitely recommend. Even had dog beds to help yourself to at the door.

A very pleasant 70th Birthday for my Mum and Sunday lunch to boot. It’s been about 14 years since we last visited The Bulls Head at Earlswood having moved out of the area. It was great to be back having been regulars back then. The pub looks great and on Sunday there were plenty of people in the beer garden and at the tables inside – enough to give the place a good atmosphere. There was a good selection of beers on tap including UBU ale being a personal favorite. We had a table for 12, the food was great and plentiful with Yorkshire puddings the size of saucers. Also worth mentioning the Black pudding fritters with sweet chilli jam we had as appetizers – lets just say we left the place feeling full. Best of all we were not rushed which gave us plenty of time to eat, talk and drink. Thanks to the staff for looking after us and being helpful. Cheers.

Our first time at the Bulls Head and Jake our waiter made us very welcome. Food was good, we started with a bread and oil dip, bread was warmed perfectly and butter nice and soft and easy to spread. My wife had a chicken burger and I had a beef burger both very tasty and filling with lots to eat with the side dish a bowl of greens, cooked perfectly. We both had sweets, sticky toffee pudding and a brownie, both very good. We left feeling full and satisfied, good value for money. Jake asked us if we were happy with the meal and service to which we replied we were. We will return!!!!

Wow Never even knew the pub was there. I was taken on a date for a drink and meal. The bar man was really friendly. The pub itself was trendy and spotlessly clean The food was exceptionally fabulous. Of course we had traditional fish and chips. The fish was very large melted in your mouth and the chips fresh and tasty. Sat by the open fire. Thank you all very much. Will be back again to try something else from the menu. Cheryl and john

Lovely service from bar staff and waitress very friendly, food not bad, bit expensive for what you get.

Haven't eaten here yet. Went for a couple of beers after walking round the lakes. Really friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The food portions looked good. Big welcome for pooches too which is exactly right for a country pub.

On the 28th of March, I visited the Bulls Head at roughly 7.00pm with another person, looking around the pub we saw that there weren't many people sitting down for dinner, roughly one large party and a few couples. We went to ask the bar-tender for a table for two, and he went on to say that there isn't any space in the restaurant area (there clearly was), we then said we would sit in the bar space and order food and he said fine, then we went to order our food and he said we couldn't order it until 8.00pm, with no explanation or apology. The bartender wouldn't look either of us in the eye, and when we explained we had travelled from Leamington for a specific dish he didn't care, and made us feel extremely unwelcome, causing us to leave. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Looks great from the outside. Food total let down and over priced. Won't be going again, from what I can gather a lot won't be going again. Wish I had sent the food back.

The staff are always super friendly, food is delicious (the chicken burger is my current fav) and they not only allow dogs in the bar, they make them super welcome with drinks, beds and snacks!
