Quite a busy bar, no proper hand pulled real ales for us old gits, just pricier fizzy craft ones. But venue itself was fab, nice layout, loads if room and right on the river bank. Great to end our boys outing there. Oh and they actually gave out free shots at around 6pm, cheeky little bonus that was!

Definitely the best pub I've experienced for a long time. Staff so friendly and wecoming. Better still is the food. Great sunday roast. Weekday menu extensive and equally good. Will make this our local for sure.

Tremendous pub with keen and friendly landlord. My wife, son and labrador enjoyed great fish&chips and a superb steak. Timmy Taylor's ale was a delight with a couple of good alternatives. The locals very friendly and the dog was spoiled wrotten !! Well done to all concerned. We'll be back. Thank you.

Friday 2nd September, busy, great atmosphere, all staff friendly, professional and efficient. Food served timely, excellent quality and piping hot. A few more veggie options and decaff coffee would be nice. No complaints at all.

Just had the fish and chips as it's Friday and the law. Fantastic quality fish and the chips were perfectly cooked as well. It was served with mushy peas and tartar sauce and is great value for money. Highly recommended 👍
