Lovely farm cafe, food is delicious, fast, helpful staff. Great atmosphere, didn't feel rushed. Farm shop is wonderfully stocked with Christmas gifts and sustainable refillables,great idea!

We had a great time at Fields. The restaurant looks really great and modern. The food was first class as were the staff who made sure we had every thing we needed and that we enjoyed our visit.
Fields has lots of animals to see and is great for kids. It’s also great for friends to catch-up or for business lunches.
They also have a lovely room which can be hired for functions .
Top place, definitely worth a visit !!
It was a very pleasant visit. It would have been five stars if service was a little quicker. We were all having something off the counter like a cake, no hot food, and thought service just a bit slower than would be expected seeing as the place was not busy, and there seemed plenty of staff available to serve.
Staff were friendly, and the place was well presented.
The roast dinner looked lovely.
The escaped goat proved entertainment for several of us there.
Would visit again.
The Barn by Fields - Private Dinning room is just beautiful, the food is delicious and the setting is perfect. We celebrated an 80th birthday with 4 generations and everyone was catered for and had a fabulous time.
Had a really tasty lunch in the cafe today - the menu had lots of interesting options. I had the garlic flatbread with halloumi and it was delicious - very colourful! Only downside of the place is the access road - it’s awful and very difficult to drive down due to the many potholes! Really needs addressing.
Wow first time I've been and will definitely go again. We both had sausage ciabatta and it was delicious. Only downside was it was a bit noisy even though hardly a child was in the cafe. Lovely place to go with young children to see the donkeys, alpacas and goats. We were asked if we had booked which we hadn't but they managed to accommodate us but might be best to book as a very busy little cafe obviously due to its excellent food.
Fantastic place to visit and eat. Great playground and loads of animals to see and pat. Food is great and even a couple of places to charge your electric car.
The best dog friendly brunch spot I’ve been to! Such a lovely atmosphere and the staff were incredible! We had a waiter named ozzy and he was very welcoming and was so lovely to us and our dog! The dog meals are the cutest and the food was incredible!
A great place to visit for all ages, set in a rural location this newly established farm shop and restaurant offers a fab breakfast / lunch ( local produce) with tables inside and outside in very clean and modern surroundings, there’s even a small petting area for the children to enjoy.
The friendly and efficient staff delivered our breakfast with a smile, we will definitely become regulars here. 😊

Really lovely farm shop and cafe. Good quality food in a lovely setting. We had lunch that was delicious breakfast looked equally as good. Not far from flatford mill to walk off the cakes
I popped into the shop today to pick up some delicious refill gin and had a browse of their excellent shop. The stock is brilliant and they have some really lovely foods as well as fresh veg. Best of all? You get to have a natter with the donkeys and goats outside 😀
Really lovely atmosphere and food prices are reasonable. I ordered the Eggs Royale and I have to admit it's the best one I've ever had! The eggs were beautifully done and the hollandaise sauce was very good. Really enjoyed my meal there, so I highly recommend it!
Attended a wedding blessing there today. Great venue, great staff great food and a fantastic location.
Even if you are not attending a function it is well worth a visit to the cafe and grounds.
