Been so long since coming here, dont regret it coming back, great food, service and reasonably priced, will be back :-)
The best Chinese restaurant I've been to so far and not too expensive yet still give you a good sized portion to fill you up, and the best spare ribs ever
I must admit I'm not a Chinese food aficionado, I am much more likely to eat Italian or Indian, but a group of us went to Wing Wah a couple of weeks ago.
Firstly, the staff are excellent. The main waiter is very friendly (he has been at the restaurant for years) and literally runs around to give diners the best service possible.
The menu is extensive and has more choice than I needed...making choosing difficult!
The crispy duck made for a great hands-on shared starter. A half duck was plenty for 8.
Mains and side vegetable dishes were good. I had huge quantities of fresh ginger with my beef dish. Fantastic!!
The red wine was decent, as was the bottled beer.
Don't go expecting great deserts so fill up on the mains...!!
We left satisfied with both the quantity and quality of the food having spent about £20 per head.
Food: brilliant quality
Service: kind, friendly, though eager to get your order, and to relieve you of your coats and luggage.
Portion size: enough for two to share at a reasonable price 👌.

Ordered a take away. Me and my partner are not from round here and picked Wing Wah because of the good reviews and they weren’t lieing. The food is amazing, fresh and delicious. Polite customer service and just a good feeling all round! Would defo recommend!
Probably the best Chinese restaurant in Sussex and I've tried quite a lot. Grown up atmosphere. Accommodating. Good for big celebratory dinners and romantic dinners for two. Great staff.
This place has been making the neighborhood cats apprehensive of their future for over 35 years. We would get takeaway here back in the late seventies! Pretty basic, except for the ribs... which nobody can figure out what or how they make them. It's a mystery.

We have been going to wing wah for over 40 years and it is still great with great food. Missed seeing Alan today which was our wedding anniversary.
