Review The Weld Arms - East Lulworth

Carefully crafted menu, not a wide range but very attractive and well presented. Lots of outdoor seating.

Really stylish pub with a great atmosphere, delicious food and nice staff. The interior looks very nice with lots of wood, pretty garden. I can just recommend!

Went in for a (very) late lunch this afternoon. Was very quiet (only us and one other guest) but lovely to get out of the rain and had a good chat with the other guest and staff. Ordered the Venison Burger and the Maple Bacon & Brie sandwich, and can't fault either - super tasty and good portion sizes to boot! Had a beer recommendation from the staff which was lovely, and would highly recommend a visit if you're in Lulworth looking for a lunch or dinner location 🙂👍

Fantastic pub with great quality food and wonderful service. Kid and dog friendly. Lovely garden. Went for an early dinner so was quiet midweek, but I imagine it is a popular find in the evenings.

This place is amazing! Highly recommended! 15 minutes drive from Durdle Door. All is clean, nice and well organized. Lovely staff. Quiet place. Stunning food. We got stakes here. It was cooked exactly as I asked and expected. Desert was good and beautiful. Top quality! There is some space to sit inside and huge garden with different sitting options. Ordering super quick and smooth. The food was served in acceptable time. This place made our day! Thank you very much!

Stunning pub with beautiful garden space. Food was very satisfying and service was great too. Must visit if you're in Dorset

If they have mussels, get them. They were by far some of the best mussels we’ve had. Ridiculously fresh, large and DELICIOUS! By far the best thing we ate there. Venison burger was also done well and the sea bass was tasty. Great experience and perfect pub off the beaten path.

We had a bloody good time, very warm and bubbly staff who welcomed our laughing all through the afternoon. They have great windows, esp the nook with the orange pillows and gorgeous fresh flowers decorating the tables. Delicious food came really quickly, had a mix of prawns, amazing scallops (would highly recommend), fish and chips and lemon meringue pie and ciders.

Amazing place. We stopped here just by chance really and we were so happy we did. We started with pumpkin soup as it was very cold outside. We ordered it to warm ourselves up without expecting much from it taste wise… but we could not have been more wrong. Every dish (grilled cauliflower, burger, the puddings) was so well prepared, perfectly seasoned, beautifully presented and it was obvious that they used quality ingredients. The whole place is clean, well looked after, plenty of parking space. It’s not only worth of stopping there when you are in the area but this place is absolutely worth of planning a deliberate trip just to eat there. We so will be back there!

We stopped here for a light lunch after our visit to Durdle door. The service was a bit slow and staff were nowhere to be seen. But the food was good. We ordered quite a selection to share and they were all very fresh and with just the right flavours. A great little find 😁
