In the area today and thought I would try the restaurant . The mash was the best I have tasted for years and the pies were perfectly done . Highly recommend .
Most amazing cafe i have been too in a long time. Nice and clean, great food. always freshly made. A sandwich is like a meal between 2 slices of crusty bread absolutely awesome.

Great value, friendly, efficient service & amazing food. From the breakfasts, toasties & bread pudding that I've tried here so far, all have been delicious & top quality ingredients. My go to cafe in Eastbourne.

What a find! Pukka pie, mash and liquor. Cheap, but so good! Definitely coming back. Lovely ladies running the place too. Recommend for anyone looking for a some real proper British food, gotta be a must for any tourist's, doesn't get much more British than this.
