Broadway Chippy Fish And Chips - Eastbourne - Photo album

I will never go there again because the chips looked like they had been sat for a long time then just chucked back in the fryer to reheat, my haddock did not taste right and the mushy peas were absolutely disgusting they taste burnt as if they had been left in the banbury way to long and not stired.
Delivery time said 60mins.. waited for 90mins for our order.. Cod and battered pigs in blankets were cooked to perfection.. however found the chips to be very poor.. almost as if they had been left under hotplate whilst rest of order was prepared and cooked. Seemed quite dry and old.
Used 3 times now fish tasty and fresh. Good portions. Young lady behind counter friendly and charming. Worth a visit
Will not use again. Ordered on line for collection which showed 20 minutes. Was in fact 35 minutes. Fish OK but chips were ' mainly bits of chips' and seem to have sat around and been reheated with not many being edible.
Good quality fish and chips every time I go
Had cod and chips and cod roe and chips from the Broadway chippy on wednesday evening. The fish was beautifully cooked and white. The cod roe was also cooked beautifully. The size of the portions were huge . Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you very much
