This is usually a great experience when I have visited other branches. Today was no different. The place was spotless and enjoyed the coffee and lovely selection of food. Service was very quick the place was quite busy even on a Monday morning in January....

Just stumbled across this little gem after a stressful morning. What a lovely spot. Lovely cake and coffee. Lovely, helpful and efficient staff. Will be back.
Been here several times and found that the coffee quality is consistent but the muffin quality and taste varies. I compare this to Hastings branch where the muffins ate definitely better. However I have given 5 stars for the hot food and sandwiches which are excellent and value for money. Having the toilet door opening into the middle of the restaurant is not ideal and I question the hygiene.

Lovely little cafe, had a wonderful hot chocolate with so much whipped cream and marshmallow to take down a horse! Loved it!
Exceptionally friendly staff, very welcoming and attentive and very quick to clean tables. Coffee was great as was my lemon muffin.

The Muffin Break is a cozy coffee shop located within the Beacon in the heart of Eastbourne. We went in after searching around for a pumpkin spice latte (as Starbucks has not had any available for a whole week) and we were not disappointed. As well as the huge lattes, we got some lunch as the shop offers a range of savoury and sweet options.
Overall, very pleased with the quality of food and service and highly recommended as a place to chill and grab a coffee.

Coffee Walnut which is gluten free should be avoided,. Powdery, crumbly is bad but expected, but to have no coffe flavour and minimal walnut flavour cannot be accepted, sorry
