Great hidden gem in a beautiful park. Food was excellent, and really well cooked. Good drink selection. The absolute star for me though was the toilets... yes, seriously... Whoever thought to put a big red button in the toilet to turn it into a 70s soul disco was an absolute genius. Totally unexpect
This was a fantastic dining experience in a beautiful environment. The restaurant has been recently refurbished and looks stunning. It was hard to choose from the wide range of delicious food on the menu. We all ended up opting for pizza, which was freshly prepared in an open kitchen, beautifully th
We came in at 11:15 today (Friday 8th September). First off, it was lovely to be greeted by the young lady behind the bar with a smile and then to be clearly told how to order and that we only had 15 minutes left to order breakfast. Such wonderful and refreshing service. The venue itself is beautifu
Lovely brunch with my granddaughter . We were welcomed in a very warm manner by Hannah who seemed to be running the whole restaurant on her own. What a star she is , so refreshing , happy , polite and very professional! We really enjoyed our food and will Definately be back - hopefully Hannah will b
Lovely cafe with a fantastic lakeside view. Very easy and accessible to get to, amazing food and the staff are absolute stars! They have a restaurant area in the back with the lakeside view, and a coffee/bar are in the front with both indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommended!
The homemade fish& chips were absolutely delicious 😋 great service and lovely view to the lake. Dog friendly place
Lovely inside, lovely view and nice food and drinks, good variety. Staff friendly, be nice if there was a bit more options for children with it being pretty much in the park.
It's a beautiful place, you can also sit by the pond if you want. The interior design is very nice. Also, the workers are helpful and smiling.
We visited this lovely café for breakfast yesterday, after an early appointment nearby. It has a lovely position overlooking the water and we really enjoyed sitting by the window and watching the world go by. My husband had The Fry Up and I had The Posh One, both accompanied with a pot of tea. The f
Lovely restaurant in the Princess park. Very yummy food and nice coffee. Love salads! You can enjoy nice views of park. There is funny surprise when you go to the rest room 😉 we come back regularly.
A really tasty breakfast, everything was spotlessly clean and the service was friendly and efficient. And, yes, you absolutely must press the red button in the toilets!
Really really lovely experience. Walked in at 12 on an Airborne Saturday with no booked table. Hannah (I think) got us a table and high chair really quickly. Lily and Harry were wonderful bringing food, drinks and anything else we wanted. The food was great, really tasty and great portion size for t
Location is excellent. Service is decent, staff are friendly. The portions could be a little bigger but overall very enjoyable food and served quickly. The place is dog friendly. There is fun buzzer in the bathroom - press at your own risk! Hehe I had very high expectations for the hot chocolate aft
I went on a Sunday at about 11 o'clock. It was very busy. The staff were lovely . The food was very nicely presented. You have to ask about the kids' menu, which is unusual only to be told they just get smaller portions!. The view over the lake is beautiful and kept the kids occupied watching the
Great place in the summer for pizzas from the pizza oven in the sun overlooking the lake, and great for a yummy roast dinner with all the trimmings in the winter ! Great also for cakes and coffee !! Perfectly situated in the park not far from the sea.
Arrived on the cusp of end-of-breakfast, so too late to order. Very accommodating in letting our group wait for menu switch. Lovely view across the boating pond, watching the model boats, swans, and seagulls. Looks like a good spread for omnivores, veggies, and vegans. Went for a standard burger
I’ve been here several times but only managed to grab some takeaway and go which was good. Today though we went inside which is larger than I thought. Some very nautical themes with ropes and big windows across the back giving wide open looks into the adjoining lake. Food wise, a good Size menu with
