Service and presentation was excellent. Food was very good. But sadly the bread rolls were horrible, a least 1 day old. Not fresh at all. We sat clos to the bread basket. Hardly any were being taken if you go back 10 years, you had wait, for new patches as they were just cooked. So we won't be in a hurry to return. I do think a free meal, to say sorry would help.

The waiter was brilliant. However the onion rings for rock hard, as I said to the waiter I could drive home nails with the onion ring. No salt on our table, so pinched one from table next to us and that was empty pinched another one and that was damp so wouldn't come out. Not enough parking. I had to park outside the travel lodge.

Went there for a friend's birthday. One meal came out wrong, which they took back, but the correct meal arrived when the rest of us had nearly finished. Got a free dessert tho! Salt pots were empty, so had to share one pot with other dinners. Lovely food, but looks like the place could do with a bit of tlc. Would still return.

Had our "tribe gathering" family reunion here last night after most of us not seeing each other for 40yrs, uncles,aunts,cousins, brothers,sisters,mums & dads. Lovely evening at your restaurant enjoyed by all in a nice atmosphere, staff friendly👍. Nice to see my dad & his brother together again❤️

Superb!! I haven't been to a Harvester for a while BUT I was blown away by the standard at this establishment... The salad bar was well stocked, the main course / dessert were first class and the personal service and attendance to our group was brilliant... Well impressed !!

Overall very pleasant breakfast. Our server was absolutely great and looked after us impeccably. A suggestion for mealtimes that I feel would add to peoples enjoyment would be to have a dining area for younger customers and parents where the floor could be mopped and the screaming could be shut off from those who prefer quieter meals.

Came here with my grandma for a spot of lunch and was served good food at great value and we were in and out within the hour! The service was brilliant; Sarah was quick to come check in and super helpful throughout. She kept on top of all her tables and had a very kind and approachable manner that is rare to find in the industry. Thanks so much Sarah, will be back again soon!

We visited this place two nights on the bounce as part of our trip to Poulton parks... the food was good, pub was clean and the service was also good. We used a discount card on the second day with no issues. The portions were good and the free salad bar had plenty of choice. The deserts were huge!!!
Would happily eat here again when next in the area.
