A review for the manager "Jess" and all of her team. I come here fairly often and the every single member of staff are absolutely great. Always always fantastic service and the coffee is always spot on. Jess clearly cares a lot about her staff and all of their high quality service and guys it really shows.
On one occasion, a colleague at the Village was being screamed at by a user of the actual hotel (separate to Starbucks) for no real good reason and for no fault of the staff member. This isn't one of Jess's staff members but to her credit she stepped over, politely asked the staff member to come with her and took her away to a private room away from the situation. No grown man should be shouting at a young girl in the first place. But Jess stepped in no questions asked and removed the young girl from the situation. Top quality leadership and what a great way to show the rest of her staff she will do the same for them.
A top review for all the staff here and very much so to Jess. Top work at places like this normally goes unnoticed.
Popped in the other day to grab a drink for my husband and was a bit disappointed I couldn't have any pumpkin spice latte (diabetic, too much sugar). Said to my husband "I wonder how much sugar is even in one pump" and the wonderful employee (I believe her name was Jess) offered to go out of her way to weigh a single pump and check the sugars for me! Extremely thankful and I was able to have a small latte with one pump which made my day 🎃💖
Note: The entrance to the coffee shop is via internal access through the Hotel’s main lobby. Not via the exterior glass doors as shown in the photos. I hope people reading this will finds it useful.
Nice place to enjoy a coffee ☕️ Didn’t have trouble finding a table for having in. Had plenty of seating both indoors and outside.
As always an awsome drink made by the wonderful Lux! She does such a good job and is always working hard. Such a shame that her two colleagues felt it was fine to stand at the other end of the counter chatting to eachother while lux got on with filling every order for the 6 waiting customers. Emma, even thought it a better use of her time to stand on her mobile rather than go and help their colleague. While Lux is clearly great at her job! And can definitely do it standing on her head, she shouldn't have to with two other girls to at least clean!
Quick service. Staff are always friendly . Have sat inside once whilst waiting for the car pleased to see they do some vegan options . Very nice inside and clean
A lovely salted pretzel hot chocolate as recommended and prepared by Lux. Excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. I was a bit worried about having to pay to park but you don't have to if you stay less than 4 hours so I will be back!
The Starbucks the Village Hotel Eastleigh was a lovely experience and the staff were very kind and cheerful! Excellent customer service, and I would absolutely return to get my oatmilk PSL there any time. I went to a few other Starbucks while I was in the area and this was the only one that tasted correct. Would give 10 stars if I could
Same as all the other Starbucks.
This Starbucks doesn't accept their app, so I didn't get my loyalty points and had to with a card. Apparently it's because they haven't got a Starbucks till, but they'll be getting one soon.
A stark contrast to Starbucks on the A34 which was awful.
Here, everything worked just as you'd want. We'll done.
Not only do I love their menu, but also every Starbucks I’ve been too is geared so you can work away from home with plenty of charging points to power up your tech
Only a quick stop to meet friends enroute to a cruise holiday but the coffee was good. Nice outdoor seating area.
All ways a lovely experience, staff friendly and helpful and service good. And good value

Clean café, lovely staff & easy to get to - whole car park is free for 4 hours - would recommend!
Don't usually go to Costa as I'm a tea drinker, so was pleasantly surprised at the variety of hot and cold tea choices available.
Had a great chat with a barista about robot wars, staff are always very welcoming!
