Food is always good. Great BBQ options for anyone. Refreshing drinks and yummy desserts. Would recommend for a nice BBQ spot.

Ate here for the first time today. My jerk chicken sandwich was good. The kettle chips served on the side were tasty. Some disgruntled fool tried "switch" his sandwich for something else cuz he wasn't "feeling it" and when he was told "sorry, no", he got loud with the woman behind the counter who didn't back down from his aggression and gave it back to him. That earns them 5 stars and an extra tip in their jar. Well done, ma'am.
Give them a visit if you're in Easton.

The food is really good! It could improve their recipes for the sides a little more to make it more like home cooked. We only bought sides but I want to go back for their BBQ. It smelled really good!! We bought Mac n cheese, baked beans, cornbread, banana pudding and baked pineapple.

Why is this place a 4.2?
Best bbq I've tried! And that's saying something as I've tried a lot! Delicious soft, tender brisket ( number one seller)with the flavoring of the coals and baked beans ( same hickory flavor) were outstanding but prefer them slightly more thick.
French fries was the only disappointment as they weren't fresh.
Fresh baked goods available.
26 cents is the charge for cups
Paying with cash gives slight discount.
$20 for one meal so on the expensive side but definitely worth it!
Popular around lunch time!

About what you’d expect from BBQ.
Random stop along our way. The rib sandwich was very good. The roll def overpowers the meat proportionally.
Fast turnaround. No wait.
*4 stars means better than average. 5 should be exceptional IMO.

We've been passing this place for years on the way to the shore. Finally stopped in for some BBQ. I had the pulled pork sandwich 6it was fantastic. My sister and her husband shared pit beef and pit ham sandwiches. They absolutely loved them. We also shared BBQ fries, cheese bacon fries and mozz sticks. Everything was delicious

This was our second visit to Hot Off the Coals BBQ.
You order at a counter and they bring the food to your table - indoor and outdoor seating.
Staff was happy and helpful navigating the extensive menu.
We ordered the Brisket plate and a pulled pork sandwich.
Get the Boardwalk Fries (to dip into their home-made Tiger Sauce) ... delish!
The Brisket was lean and tender but a little dry. A quick request for some au jus fixed it.
The pulled pork sandwich (4 or 6oz) was filled to the edge with tender pork sauced with their "sweet" bbq sauce. The other choice was Carolina style sauce - but it's Western Carolina - thick and sweet.

I enjoyed my half rack of Ribs. I just wished it was more. Great taste, looks like a fascinating place to eat. Full of originality. I will definitely be rack.

We drove past Hot Off The Coals and just the smell made us turn around and come back. We walked into a clean restaurant, and the service was excellent and quick.
We ordered a BBQ brisket sandwich and Buffalo wings.
The brisket was delicious in so many ways! It literally melted into my mouth from how tender it was. They really live up to their motto "You don't need teeth to eat our food."
The wings were excellent 👌. They were not overcooked or dry in anyway. Their choice of Buffalo sauce was not incredibly spicy although it did have some kick to it. It was a good Buffalo sauce, not too much vinegar in it. They did not cut their ranch dressing, it was thick and satisfying.
All in and all, we will come back very soon. We even looked to see if they had a second location. Absolutely no regrets, definitely deserves 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great amount of options for some tasty BBQ. The food was good. I had gotten a pulled chicken sandwich which was good. Mac and Cheese was eh. Sweet potato casserole was good too. Pricing was fair for some quality food. Also very well packed for takeout food. Will be back for more definitely.
