Taco Bell

Went through Easton Drive Thru at the beginning of a 2 hour trip, and ordered several items each of about 5 different menu items for our family. Since at our local (not Easton) Taco Bell, we usually have to open each wrapper of every item to figure out what each item is when we get our drive thru items home - we asked if the employee could possibly label the items. I knew it would be difficult to identify each person's order in a dark car without causing a mess. They initially said they didn't have any markers. But when they brought out our food, they said they found a marker - and labeled the items for us. It was SO HELPFUL!! I wanted to write the review to make sure their great customer service was acknowledged.

We stopped during a somewhat busy time and we didn’t have the easiest order (order for 4; 2 of the people are picky kids). Javon was awesome. He was patient and when something wasn’t available he offered alternatives that worked perfectly. The order took some extra time but it was apparent that they were only a few people working. At the window, who I assume was Javon, again was very polite and made sure we had everything. I was sure there was going to be a mishap with our order just because of the size of it and the “special” orders we had. Everything was perfect. The appearance and neatness of our food as impressive as well. Given the time of evening, how busy it was, and probably that shortage of staff, we were very impressed with our service! Again, shout out to Javon and the rest of the team! They definitely deserve recognition for their service

After a couple hours of work I headed over to Taco Bell with my mom, the wait to take my order was quick and we waited about five minutes to make it to the window. I had my window down and I hear the man in front of me yell “I’m the customer you don’t get to talk to me that way.” Yes sir, you are the customer but the cashier is also a person just trying to do their job to the best of their ability and no one deserves to be talked to in that manner. I work as a waitress and when I get rude customers it honestly makes me want to stop doing my job. When we pulled up to the window, Dawn (the very kind woman who I can only assume took my order) told us that they did not have beef and they could replace it with another meat; she then told us the wait for beef would be about 20 minutes. I was hungry but I’m not going to throw a fit when they are obviously busy so I told her I could pull around and I didn’t mind waiting for beef. I proceeded to pay and she let me know that the beef was ready and they were putting my order together. Dawn asked if I could pull around so I did and I tipped her because although the window was closed I could tell how stressed she was about taking orders and getting them ready at the same time. I couldn’t tell if she was the one who was yelled at by the gentleman in front of me or not but whoever it was deserves to be treated just like any other human. Dawn had asked if I could pull around and I waited about another three minutes but I didn’t mind because I was hungry but it wasn’t going to kill me. After receiving my food from a nice gentleman named Kody I asked him to tell Dawn that I hope the rest of her night gets better. I didn’t look in my bag until after I got home and they had everything I had asked for and threw in two cookies. Overall, people need to be nicer to the people taking orders at a fast food restaurant, it may be a fast food restaurant but when they are busy and getting close to closing they don’t deserve to be treated rudely. Thank you to everyone that works at Taco Bell, especially Dawn.

Sometimes customer service is lost in the fast food industry... Not true for this location. I have NEVER left disappointed. Even when they make a mistake (tonight got the wrong item in a late night Taco Bell order), they go above and beyond to make it right. They even offered me a free drink because I had to wait an extra 5-10 minutes in the drive-thru Lane to get the correct item. Turned a negative experience into one of the most positive visits I have had.
