Stopped in today for the first time and will definitely be coming back. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. I asked her about what pancake specials they had and she recommended their apple pie pancakes. I’m so glad I got them, they used fresh apples and were delicious.

Always a Delight. This is by far our favorite Breakfast spot! The food is always Spot on! My favorite is the LA Stir Fry. I cannot steer away from that dish. I've tried other menu items that are quite delicious as well but the LA gets me everytime! Their Seasonal Cinnabon Pancakes are a must try! This place is a true Gem! Bill and the crew do a fantastic 👏 job!

Highly recommend this tiny breakfast and lunch treasure. Service is GREAT and food is IMMACULATE. I come here with my husband and daughter and we all love it. Their homemade cornbread is the best. The owner is very kind and friendly. I wanted soup and apparently there was none, I mentioned it to him and he was so kind to make it to go, once the soup was available. Prices are very fair for The great food and service.

Great selection of items and an incredible hometown feel. Very impressed how many local vendors collaborate with products on the menu. The "breakfast dip" was unlike anything I've had before and it was delicious. You better come hungry because the portions are wonderfully big! Overall, an awesome experience. Will definitely be returning!

Just moved to Easton and went to the State for the first time. The interior is eclectic and fun; we sat in a booth with our four year old and picked our favorite art pieces and danced in our seats. Our server was professional, kind, and efficient. My husband had the breakfast burrito and I had the breakfast sandwich, and our daughter had the apple pie pancake. This may sound strange, but I was most excited about the pancake. I love making pancakes at home because you can get them so fluffy with such a perfect texture but 9/10 breakfast places really just serve you big batch, overworked batter (not knocking it, I totally get it). This pancake was the most perfect pancake. It was fluffy inside with such a beautiful texture.
Everything really was great-- excellent coffee and tart, but sweet oj. Hot breakfast sandwich on delicious sourdough, and quick service. We'll definitely be regulars here.

Very pleasant and nicely located cafe. Perfect for enjoying a nice brunch outside in spring. Unfortunately, the picture of the banana bread french toast isn't as good as it could have been because it was too tasty and I too hungry. When I'm in Easton PA again, this place will be top of the list!

This place is so incredible. I've been here twice, and both times received amazing service. Kate, I believe is her name, was our server both times. She is top notch. Always recommends the best items. The pancakes are a must have. The picture is a small, and will fill you up. Love this place.
