The Standard

Initially had a good time with friends, played fun music, we had a great time until things went down hill. After being there for about an hour, our friend got thrown down a flight of steps by the bouncers while he was waiting for his mom, his girlfriend, and me outside of the bathroom. He now suffers a bruise above his eye. Aggressive bouncers, and would rather assault their customers than investigate the situation. Owner was unprofessional and handled it poorly. Disappointed. There’s better bars in the area that treat their customers with respect. Wouldn’t go here again. $10 cover as well.

HA! A one? I wish it could give them a zero. This place is INVESTED with literal dinosaurs, Not kidding around. You would think I’m kidding but when we pay 50 dollars to get into my is club, it’s no joke. I promise you will be attacked when entering this club, they charged us to us the BATHROOM. What the hell? Who does that? We already paid a $35 coveR to get into the club and then they tried to make us pay $25 to the bathroom. You wouldn’t think they make us pay when there are literal UGLY AMPHIBIANS getting into this bar. 0/10 recommendation for this bar. Go to Rivals (around the corner) instead.

My friend was thrown down the stairs for waiting near the womens bathroom for his girlfriend to come out and he was thrown down stairs by a bouncer. Once we were outside after being thrown out the bouncer grabs the owner to come out and speak to us. When the owner came out to talk to us he immediately said he believed his bouncer and didn’t offer an apology or anything for the aggressive nature of his bouncers. Instead of being nice about it when I said that’s poor customer service he proceeded to say “I don’t care we are still packed every night” I never recommend this place to anyone and they should be shut down for how they treat people.

Expensive covers, extremely disrespectful manager and staff, and an overall unwelcoming environment. Probably the worse bar downtown though it is the first one you see. Will Cornish is a greedy and inept owner who has no business in the bar and restaurant industry and the poor values are seen from the top down. Try the others around and don’t let the Standard ruin your experience in Easton!

The bouncer Jose takes half the money given. When the cover is 10 he will charge 20 and take half. Never in my life have I seen a more f up individual. Good luck finding a new job when they sell. He needs to learn how to respect people that give him a paycheck instead of always banning people. I said what I said.

We(family of 6) were searching for somewhere to eat and just randomly chose this place. From the moment we walked in the staff and bartender were friendly. Order a bunch of different food and everything that came out was top notch..hot..and phenomenal. My oldest ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger and it was so big he could not finish it(picture attached doesn't do it justice as it is huge!)
