My wife & I travel 25 miles to go to this gem of a Pub regularly. Always very well looked after when we go to this family run Pub. Food excellent as are the local beers. Tony & the team keep up the good work. Sean & Jo
Lovely old village pub serving excellent real ale straight from the barrel. Delicious home cooked food, reasonably priced and super friendly service. Will return when it gets warmer to enjoy the lovely garden. Well deserved Salisbury CAMRA Country Pub of the Year.
Such a brilliant old Inn. Wonderful warm team, perfect service and the most beautiful garden with an excellent climbing frame for the little ones. You must visit if you’re in the area, it’s a gem!
Charming, traditional village pub. The landlord has a dry sense of humour but don't let that fool you - the service we experienced was excellent. Our group was 30 minutes late for our table booking, and we were told that the chef wanted to close the kitchen, but even so we didn't feel rushed at all
Just been for dinner with my parents. What a beautiful pub, superb service and great pub grub. Can’t wait to go back when I’m next in the area.
My first visit will not be the last so welcoming, great home cooked food, lovely surroundings why it toke my partner so long to bring me here I’ll never know !! See you soon Sharon and Jonathan
We were very welcome. Great beer. Fantastic local cider. Excellent food
We were staying in the village and called in for a drink. A fantastic country pub, great guest cask ales and array of other beverages, great friendly staff and the landlord has a great sense of humour.
Favourite pub ever. Best home cooked food. Warming welcome every single time.
Best pub Ive ever been to. Authentic, incredible welcome, great beer selection, food is faultless and a real treat. Go!
