Always busy here, as with most Greggs sites. The ladies are mostly happy to help and polite. You get what you pay for, inexpensive food and drinks at a reasonable standard. The cleanliness was to a good standard, infact a member of staff was wiping down tables whilst I was there. 5 stars for my last visit, picking up a flat white, before a haircut.

There's a lot of snobbery associated with Greggs with too many people being dismissive of it. The food is very nice and the vegan options are great. It's very good value for money and the service is also friendly.

Fantastic little shop. The staff is very fast and professional. They serve customers very smoothly. There is never a long wait. They are very kind and friendly and most of all my morning cup of latte is always filled right up to the top (not like in some other places). Highly recommended;)
Great quality food for amazing prices
Lovely staff at Ebbw Vale Greggs. Food is always good and they always have what you want. Unlike some stores Ive been too. The vegan Sausage rolls are great too.

A good number of indoor seats and friendly service. Omlette roll and a latte for £2-20. Absolutely brilliant. Couldn't find any WiFi though
