Came as part of a group of 11 for a birthday meal. The atmosphere was chilled and relaxed. The venue can be described as cosy. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was lovely, clean plates all round. Would like to come back.

Must admit I only found Davardi's when dating my then Girlfriend, now wife, in the mid 80's. I remember if you phoned a say 6pm your pizza would be ready for 8-30pm. This is not a criticism this is really how busy the place is. I have never had a better Pizza ever, before or since. I live in Spain now, and have always tried to try a Pizza from reviews but honestly they have never compared to Davardi's. I'm back to the UK next week and make a point of getting over for one

Davardis has been around as long as me, and that should tell you something! Yes most great things were created in the 70s. Called in a couple of weeks ago to eat in, and we weren't disappointed.
I decided to go for the Irish and the other half had the special, which was a meaty option. Pizzas came out quite quickly and hot. They were also eaten quite quickly as they were so tasty!
It is no wonder that this fabulous little place has survived so long. 😊 The staff are friendly, the service is fabulous and the pizzas are out of this world! They also run as a takeaway too.
Just one thing to note the restaurant section is not licensed so if you want to have a drink with your pizza uou can bring your own bottle and glasses if preferred. However we just had soft drinks in the glass tumblers provided.

My first visit to Davardi's was back in 1971! My First ever pizza.
It was nice to be able to sit in to eat out pizzas today. Delicious . Lovely friendly service

Absolutely Gorgeous! Staff as always Wonderful! Food "By far the best Pizza I've ever had!" Atmosphere lovely ! We love it here... When it was sold Many years ago I thought "Oh No!" But Sarah & Tom are doing an amazing job! Keep it up guys xxx You have life long custom from us xxx

Been going to Davardis for over 40 years , had 3 owners in that time, the food has remained consistently good and its a bring your own booze.
Well worth a stop off for a friendly no nonsense evening.
Small dining room so booking is recommended.

Nice pizzas probably the tastiest I've tasted in a very long time in the Salford. Mine was Veggie would of loved a bit more Cheese. Had mushroom in a sauce lack of Mushrooms & Sauce.

This is probable the best pizza place in Salford! It’s like a hidden little gem as it’s certainly not on any ordering app and you have to know it’s there! If you’re in the area pop in and grab a fantastic pizza, want to eat in book ahead as this lovely pizza bar with a smile is always booked well in advance!

Well...what can I say? My uncle has been coming here since he was a kid and has always raved about it (they've been open 50+ years).
They definitely keep it old skool with limited web presence, not even a working website and they only open 4 nights a week, it's definitely one of those places where if you know, you know 🤪
I finally got to go with him and the family to eat lots and lots of pizza for a family member's birthday meal and oh it didn't disappoint!!
We tried lots of different ones and they were all really good. Nice and fresh, thin crisp bases with loads of flavour. The service was brilliant too. Hope to be back soon to try some more pizzas. Yum!
