Fabulous setting and excellent home made food with vegan cakes and savories, and food for those with gluten-intolerances which is clearly not just an afterthought! Very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the additional touches like the vintage cutlery and crockery. One not to miss.

Popped in with my children after being recommended by a friend. Had the most delicious Vegan chocolate cake served by amazing staff, all served in a beautiful garden. Afterwards the lovely staff directed me to some nearby scenic walks in the area, would highly recommend and will definitely be going

What a find. Lovely walk to this cafe from Ford Wheel Dam car park (about an hour along by the river). Plenty of socially distanced seating. Fantastic selection of cakes and scones with vegan options. Lovely garden, birds singing, dog friendly, will definitely be going back.

Absolutely wonderful place, the staff were very friendly, our food and drinks delicious; and it's such a beautiful peaceful garden, no traffic sound, just the sound of nature (birds in the trees etc) and little stream. A real hidden gem. Thank you Mill House Tea Garden!

Had lunch and what a pleasurable experience. Service was warm and cordial and the food arrived promptly and piping hot. Food quality was excellent. Would definitely recommend for a chilled out lunch in beautiful riverside garden.
