Best lamb shank and chicken stews, lamb paça soup is my go to, and the lamb shish is next level, there isn't really any other places in the area that will give you good portions and for a fair price so I highly recommend 👍
We were there a few weeks ago and we will definitely come back. Very nice service, great food and the baklava at the end. Delicious. 👌🏻
Don't normally write reviews but came here with my dad last night and have to say everything was perfect. Great and friendly service far above the average of most restaurants, they make you feel like a guest in their home. Huge portions, good price and tasty food, and I have been to 50+ Turkish restaurants before... Thanks guys, we will be back soon ;)
I have been visiting this family restaurant for many years I have just had the best lentil soup for a long time. Reminds me of my mothers food. Words are not enough to describe this restaurant you must make a visit and try the daily soups and stews
We had a great time the food had lots of flavour we were able to modify our order off the menu which most places don’t allow. Had the chicken wings with chicken Shish and mixed doner all in one plate 😋 the staff are friendly got offered tea and baklava at the end
First time there and the food was fantastic. I love lamb and the lamb pizza was very good and different. I also liked their selection of dips. However I particularly loved their sliced doner lamb which was so seasoned and crispy but still juicy and tasty. The adane lamb kebab was also fantasticly seasoned and tasty.
The sweet red Turkish wine was also great being sweet with a tangy finish. As was the Turkish tea and even their coffee!
Wish I had discovered this place sooner as it's a lamb lovers heaven. Hope it tastes as great on my next visit.
December 2020 Frıendiy staff nice lahmacun, quick service, food tasted nice , reasonable prices. October 2021 lamb shish, good portion, meat could be a bit more tender or smaller chunks, salad and rice nice, Turkish tea is free up to two cups, staff friendly. Nice music videos on the wall.
My go-to restaurant, I have been to most if not all of the Turkish restaurants in the area, and while I myself am not a food critic per-se, I have been to quite a few Turkish restaurants and pride myself in finding good spots in different places in London. Of which I can say this is the current favourite in the immediate area. The balance of price, quality of food, fair pricing, friendly atmosphere and service can't be ignored. It is hard to find a place that keeps me coming back, that is not an issue here.
The staff are always on hand, a welcoming environment I have known the owners for years. The menu is what you would normally expect from a Turkish restaurant, I would definitely recommend the chicken stew or a Mix Shish!
After you've finished eating a nice cup of Turkish tea (çay) seals the deal.

Best Turkish restaurant in town i have been coming here with my family and friends for more than 15 years never been disappointed
I have eaten in Michellin star places to many humble eateries in UK and abroad and can say that I have a reasonable palate and a good understanding of customer service. This is place is a gem of a find, the food is delicious and customer service is quite exceptional. Special credit goes to Lilly who is a joy of the place. If you are reading this review, I will highly recommend you to visit as you will not be disappointed. Most of the food are freshly made - also try their freshly made baklavas and rice pudding if you can - they are simply delicious!! As a local I am glad to have this around and will hopefully keep going back.
Mine and my familys absolute favourite place, I've been going there with my kids since they were little ones, they are now fully grown young men, I highly recommend Paragons BBQ Lokanta

Penny Fraser: Beautiful atmosphere and artwork-really felt like we were in Istambul. Best Turkish food ive enjoyed in London, surpasses Harringey Green Lane and Wood Green restaurants. Warm breads and fresh salads,tasty starters of fresh humus,dips and meatballs. Mains of tender shish,doner,ribs,chickenwings,rice and couscous. Copious fresh melon and assorted fruit with Turkish tea to finish. Great music and entertainment from owner Tacettin Ozcan. Many thanks to Tacettin,his family and staff!!
I came here 14 years ago as a pre-registration Pharmacist working at McParlands Chemist. I came here weekly, sometimes 3 days in a row, occasional weekends but it was my first port of call after I finished work. I always went for the Turkish salad and always thought about it as I live in North-West were the concept of such food is alien. I also remember Lamb and Chicken with rice and salad. I will return for the Turkish salad when I celebrate my legal victory over the General Pharmaceutical Council who are probably enjoying their last meal there. They want to see me in 12 months time,by which time my Firearms Licence application will have gone through with its schizophrenia allegation from the same Doctors Surgery(Pendle View Medical Centre,Nelson) that destroyed my career.
One of the best lamb kebab I ever had! the meat was top-notch, I wish I'd bought one to heat up the next day at home.
