It's cafe nero... they are all pretty similar... the coffee is down to your own taste. Regarding service... I bring kids here for a drink and staff are always really friendly and helpful, probably more so than Stanmore...

Since the new manager has taken over wow what a difference very clean, service very professional, had to bring in a new team, well done!! Its a different coffee shop now.

It is nice but recently it's been a bit of chaos there. Me and my friend went there for a coffee but the place was a mess. The tables were dirty and lots of dirty cups on top. I wasn't pleased to see that! I hope they can fix this..
