It would be nice to be greeted when you walk in to (an expensive) restaurant. 5 members of staff crowding around the entrance chatting and not one looked up, smiled or greeted us.
Service improved throughout the evening but interaction skills are clearly not a strength.

It was incredible best restaurant I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. The staff are so nice and funny as well as this they are very helpful (especially the waiter wearing the black and white trainers) the food was on another level and they would highly recommend going as it is gods gift on
Amazing kosher experience located in Edgware. It’s a busy place, so it might take some time for you to get the attention of servers and your order might take bit of a time but I must say, it’s worth it.

Amazing customer service. My dad asked for tartare sauce which they don’t have and the waitress offered alternatives, my dad took ketchup and thousand island, only for the waitress to bring tartare sauce which the chef made especially. Also when my mum’s starter came cold, they didn’t just reheat it
