This tasting menu was our favorite meal during our entire 4-week honeymoon. Each course was delicious, there was a menu detailing where everything was sourced from locally, and it was fascinating to learn about their young apprentice chef who designed the incredible dessert dishes. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Lunch time tasting menu was phenomenal. Focus on local ingredients was so cool. We were provided a list of where on the island or in Scotland the ingredients had been sourced from. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable, and the service was fantastic.

Fabulous food and very friendly and accommodating service. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
The menu was a fantastic range to sample. The oysters and mushroom crackers were a particular favourite. The staff were knowledgeable and polite. We met one of the chefs Andrew who was extremely charming.
We dined here in the evening so I can’t comment on the rooms. The food is an exceptional gourmet treat, which you’d expect at that price. And you need to reserve well in advance as the restaurant has quite a reputation.

The Taste of Sky w/ wine pairing experience was incredible and may have been the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food blew me away and the service was top notch.
