Gautam's - Edinburgh - Photo album

I don’t write reviews but I’m more than willing to write it for this restaurant - BEST Indian food I’ve ever had in the UK, probably made it top 3 in my life. We ordered three dishes and all of them are insanely good. If I ever go to Edinburgh again this is a must go. Highly recommend.
Gautam's but It was a wonderful discovery because the food it's simply extraordinary! We took chicken tikka, lamb and prawns (garlic naan and rice as well). Delicious! Mango lassie was very tasty 😋. Very good staff and beautiful place. Definitely we will be back ⭐.
Absolutely brilliant dinner. One of the best Indian restaurants we have ever been to. Our waitress, Lauren, was brilliant. Polite, friendly and attentive without being annoying. We wanted to try something different so Lauren gave us some recommendations and they were brilliant. We had the Rajas Niha
It's probably one of the top 3 curries I've ever had! Absolutely delicious! My favourite dish (Chicken Karahai) was recommended by the waitress Lauren, who was super friendly and helpful. It has a lovely feel with the new decoration and all the staff seem really lovely. The food is just fantastic. D
This is the best Nepalese and Indian restaurant I’ve been to in Scotland and I visited several places. Staff extremely nice and professional, food beautifully tasting - Fresh, aromatic, properly cooked and nicely presented. Very positive notes only to the owners - thank you.
Loved the place. Service was friendly and attentive. Food is absolutely amazing. Flavours are great, rice cooked perfectly, great naan, good level of heat. Absolutely loved it and regret having big lunch as I couldn't finish my food and get dessert. Would absolutely recommend. And decor of the place
The best Indian restaurant that I’ve ever been to!! Totally worth a try! King prawns are juicy, big and delicious. There are a lot of options you can choose from. I’ve tried the garlic naan and lamb pathia for several times! I believe most of the dishes are authentic and worth a try. The staff there
We went there rather spontaneous but we were surprised with great Indian food. Both meat and vegetarian options were delicious. The price was not too cheap but also not too expensive. The only flaw was that they charged 4 pounds for simple pilau rice which was by far not enough. Often you get extr
A hidden gem a little outside the more frequented parts of Edinburgh but definitely worth a visit. An extensive menu which is great value for money and offers all classic’s you might expect alongside unique Nepalese dishes for those looking to try something different. This uniqueness also extends to
