La Piazza - Edinburgh - Photo album

Had the most delicious pasta and pizza for lunch on a rainy afternoon. The service was fantastic and the restaurant is beautifully set up. It’s a must visit if you’re in Edinburgh ☺️
Great food and service. Gnocchi was amazing!
Great service and great food. I travel to Italy often and food was just like what I get in Italy or better.
This place is fantastic. It’s busy for good reason- I recommend making reservations- we were lucky to get in. We had 2 salads, shared a pizza & 2 lovely glasses of wine (Montepulciano) & a bottle of San Pelegríno sparkling water for a reasonable price. My friend had the beetroot, goat cheese & walnu
Affordable lunch. Fresh seafood and fresh pasta. Staff were very friendly.
Brilliant food with wide range of choices in food and drinks. Decent pricing as per the location. Service was a bit let down. Felt rushed even though the restaurant was half empty. Will go again though but just for food as it was full of flavours.
Delicious meal, especially happy with so many gluten free options (Bread, starters, pasta and pizza) Our party of 7 people had a mix of dishes (various starters, pizzas, pastas, gluten free pasta and desserts) and all really enjoyed them. Good service and nice location/atmosphere too. We'll definite
Lovely place just off the main promenade. Separate vegan menu with a few options for each course, knowledgeable staff. Booze is expensive but otherwise a lovely evening spent.
We had the sausage and rosemary pizza and the rocket salad to share. It far exceeded our expectation. Service was perfect and everything was super clean. The table by the window is great to people watch on a grey day. Completely recommend
So what can we say.... having travelled through the Italy, sampling the delicious local cuisine, we can confidently state from experience that La Piazza brings authentic Italian food to the heart of Edinburgh. Incredible starters, flavoursome pizza, perfectly cooked pasta with mouth watering sauces
There again last night for our anniversary meal. As usual the service was superb, the food was outstanding and the welcome we received was very much appreciated. Still up there as our favourite Italian in Edinburgh.
Nice restaurant- we had our fill of Irish restaurants and wanted some Italian. Food was decent a little salty and nothing fancy.
Cozy restaurant & great Italian cuisine! Highly recommend Rigatoni or Pizza!
The place is nice, and the food very good. I was impressed by the quality of the italian cuisine, especially the lasagne. Worth going there for a satisfying dinner.
For our first night in Edinburgh we choose to eat at La Piazza and it has been a wonderful experience. The restaurant was cosy and the waiters that looked after us were friendly and helpful. We had a bottle of Nero d’Avola, a couple of starters to share and two pasta dishes which we loved (the pacch
Dropped in for an evening meal on Friday evening, hadn't booked so took a chance and they kindly squeezed us in. The meals was excellent, the staff were very friendly and attentive and there was a wonderful buzz about the place. I had the Gnocchetti alla Trapanese which was excellent. We really enj
We had a lovely evening here at La Piazza. The service is outstanding, the guys doing an amazing job. Wine glass never empty, they are checking on every dish that has been served if you liked it. And all of them were nice and friendly, not only one of them. The food was also great. They have a huge
Genuinely fantastic restaurant all round. Lovely friendly staff, real Italian ingredients and food cooked to perfection. Good selection of wine to suit all budgets. Fresh pasta is fantastic, dishes not overly expensive but slightly above standard reflected in the quality. The volume of 'Excellent'
