Smoke Stack - Edinburgh - Photo album

What a great find! A fantastic brunch place with plenty of gluten free options. And...it's delicious!!! We had the full breakfast (normal and veggie) Coffee too was amazing Really really pleased and look forward to another visit Staff too were lovely, welcoming and friendly
I have been to the smoke stack many times and have never had a bad meal. Haggis is delicious and so is the burger. Wish they would offer a delivery service
Whether it's burgers, salads or sandwiches, this is a cracking wee place on Broughton Street for a quick lunch. Taking a peak at other tables, I can definitely say I'll be trying to check out this places brunch options as well. The menu itself is quite varied ranging from brunch, burgers and salads
Our second visit here, having breakfast. Pleasant staff, efficient. Good service. Nice to see the conscious choices to reduce environmental impact - from the story of the refurb through to the locally sourced ingredients. Dairy alternatives available. Will return again, recommend you give the plac
Excellent for brunch or a lazy morning. We tried the chicken and haggis, the fish and chips and both were perfect. The coffee was also great which made us want to stay for a while longer than expected
Another local one for us, this time we went out with our family and decided to go for some burgers and the like. None to bad, service fine food was rather tasty and a good night was had by all. Enjoyable.😁
My friends and I were visiting Edinburgh for new year's, and the owners of the restaurant told us about the place. And we sat down and ate, the food was really good and delicious. I had the vegetarian Haggis, neeps and tatties. For dessert I tried the cranachan. My friend had the pork Haggis and
We came for breakfast and really enjoyed our meal. The interior is very cool and they even have a decent bathroom with nice toiletries and towels. Good service.
Definitely a place you must go to while in Edinburgh. Went for a pre theatre meal and had the tomato basil soup and fish and chips. Was the best soup I've had in a while. Definitely will go back just for that if I can. The fish and chips were great as well. Not soggy like some places I've been too.
Chicken and haggis was good, service was good - nice of them to provide tap water without asking. Personally, I feel like vegetables should be included in the price when ordering a main meal.
Always amazing food and great service here! I visit often for a meal before going to the nearby Playhouse Theatre. Would highly recommend!
Good Brunch/Breakfast. Excellent Smoothie. Nice staff
This was a return trip to Smoke Stack, our second trip in fact. The steaks are great, cooked to perfection. The dip selection for the steaks are really good too, especially the whiskey sauce. The sides are quite nice too. Starters were really nice I enjoyed the pate and toast very much. We will retu
Friendly staff, nice ambiance, Good variety of beers and cocktails. On holiday....Ordered the chicken special and the boyfriend got the sirloin. Being a restaurant specializing in beef. I should have ordered beef...but I enjoyed the chicken..
Delicious food, lovely staff, clean and nicely decorated
Came across smoke stack during trip to the theatre, would highly recommend, nice friendly relaxed atmosphere. Had a flat iron steak sandwich 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 lovely staff too
Fast and sweet service and good food. The vegetarian haggis wellington was really a good experience for us. Everything was perfect
Genuinely excellent food, good service, worth every penny. The wine was excellent, the steak cooked perfectly and the starters disappeared very rapidly for being so delicious. I would absolutely go again. My one gripe is the side of vegetables, which were clearly just the dregs of a frozen bag of v
From the moment we went into Smokestack until the moment we left the staff were really attentive which made for such a warm visit. Our starters of haggis balls and brie were outstanding and served within 5 minutes of ordering. We were given water at the table and I ordered the Australian Knot Shiraz
