My friend brought me here for lunch. She came here with her other friends recently and enjoyed everything here very much. We stopped here with our bikes. It’s such lovely spot - see view, genuinely friendly staff, hearty homemade food. Absolutely perfect place for lunch!
Turning up here without a reservation on the first weekend of the trams running through to Newhaven, I wasn't expecting a table, particularly since it was peak lunch hour. So was pleasantly surprised to be given a large table in the heart of this lovely cafe/restaurant . The atmosphere is lively, w
Thoroughly enjoyable breakfast with excellent cooking and very friendly and effective service. Nice atmosphere inside, and some lovely art on the walls as part of a local exhibition. The food was extremely well cooked, and they catered for our preferences on bacon cookery too! Will be back for break

A good range of Vegetarian options. A very nice range of home made cakes and sweets. E

Great place to enjoy a meal on a Sunday afternoon! The food is very good and fresh. Definitely will come back here when I'm visiting Edinburgh next time
Quaint little sea town cafe with fresh food and lot of options for desserts so save space for it!
A terrific find. The whole cafe was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and staffed by people who really wanted you to be there. The food is freshly cooked and my breakfast of scrambled eggs, tomato and bacon on sourdough was good. Why anyone would want to eat the fayre of the nearby hotel with i
