Absolutely stunning atmosphere and delicious food! Our third “proper” tea while in Edinburgh and it soared high above the others!

This is, beyond a doubt, the best high tea I have ever had. I go to high tea all over the world and have had several high teas in Edinburgh and this was the best. Their summer theme was delightful, while still having the necessary traditional aspects. They are very accommodating of allergies and vegan options. The grounds are exquisite. The staff is exceptional. 5 stars in every category.

There simply aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe the dining experience at Prestonfield house. From the moment you arrive and are welcomed by gorgeous staff in tartan to the attentive waiters who telepathically know when your cup needs refilling to the totally sublime food cooked and served to perfection, this experience is one you will never forget. It is truly a unique, sophisticated and elegant place.
