Such lovely staff they make this place worth going to. The food is delicious , the coffee so so good and the choice of brekfast wonderful. Also great for vegitarians they will swap and change anything on the menu for you. Good place to go with a group of friends.

I had a good breakfast there this morning. The portions are massive and the pricing seems reasonable. The food was good but not life changing. The buffet was not open yet but looked amazing and very reasonably priced. The main thing dragging the rating down was the music, which seems a fickle basis to fault a restaurant, but in this case was warranted. The sound system was loud to the point that I struggled to hear what my partner was saying. In itself not entirely unusual, but this was for a Sunday morning breakfast, and not a club hop on Saturday night. To make it worse the restaurant owners hadn't even bothered to get their own music to deafen us with, but played some radio station playing the most ear-grating creations not just from this decade but the last 4 of them along with its ads and the highlight *sarcasm* of daniel powters "bad day". Some cheesy jazz cd put on repeat would have avoided this being he distinguishing factor of the restaurant. Theres even 8tracks with plenty of mellow restauranty and unoffensive music.
A really nice idea - fresh Mediterranean buffet/ cafe.
Always a good range of serve yourself hot meat dishes, cooked well and a selection of vegetarian dishes too, roast veggies etc. along side cold salad options, fresh veg, humus, coleslaw and rice and potatoes. Help yourself-excellent value.
Set meal items are also available to order and you can take your own drink.
Also good to drop in for just a coffee too.
I went to meet my godmother today and was impressed with the buffet selection. Since the meats were not halal I had to have the vegetarian option but was impressed with the selection and quality the price was good too.
Walked in the door and was instantly greeted by the owner. Very friendly service with a buffet style takeaway counter. Really nice turkish food that was kept hot until i got home. Reasonably priced too!

Excellent service, food was superb. Had a nice blend of Turkish style cuisine infused in the traditional Scottish cuisine. Teas and coffees were lovely. The space is very warm and welcoming.
Needed a place for a quick coffee and bite before jumping the train to Stirling. This is a 2 minute walk around the corner. Cute and wood toned, the service was quick, prices good and food was great. Their Avocado Toast was damn tasty and the staff shared that they marinade the avocado, excellent. Their Cappuccino was great as well. Wish we had more time to linger. Skip the nearby Starbucks and come here.
Husband and son came here while I was ill and husband couldn’t say enough about the care with which they took with our son who had food allergies. Then hubby came yesterday for lunch and then we came back this morning. I’m sure it’s all great but I guess I’m still not all well as I couldn’t finish my breakfast. He enjoyed his though and the atmosphere and service were great.
Fantastic visit! Went in early afternoon. Seated straight away. Food came very quickly yet cooked well. The best cooked breakfast I've had in a long time... even tried Haggis for the first time! Service was fantastic, background music was great, even had a pink spotlight! Heaters were toasty warm, great as it was raining outside. Staff gave a box so my youngest could take the rest of his burger home. And to top it off, both my son's given a large chocolate treat. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely wonderful breakfast! I guess the best Scottish breakfast I have ever had in Scotland ☺️ also the service was super lovely and warmly welcoming to their guests~ can recommend!!
Visited Troy’s at the weekend, myself and my family enjoyed their food, all freshly made, very tasty and lovely coffees! Most of all the atmosphere was nice and friendly and will definitely be back next time. I also want to show my gratefulness to the owner who sent my bag back to me when I left it on the morning. I appreciate it massively, very honest people. Will be back. Thank you

Very pleasant restaurant/bistro, open rather late. Very good food and drinks, apple/orange juices were amazing, wee terrace outside, all wooden look and very kind owner and staff taking really good care of their customers, I do recommend when in Haymarket area.
Happened to stop in here for late breakfast/early lunch and had the best meal! Super friendly and quick service and the food was delicious!!
Also a secret gem for those with celiac/gluten intolerance. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and personally oversaw my food preparation to ensure my meal was safe for me!!!
Great food, and great value! I came with my family for a quick bite before we visited the city, and was very happy with the service and quality of the food.
