I love this place. The food is delicious and it’s a bit different. They have savory pancakes (and sweet ones). The tofu burger was not your average vegan burger, and the Mexican corn with spinach pancakes were delicious. Cute atmosphere to sit down and enjoy with friends, there are more tables and chairs downstairs which are more intimate too.

Absolutely fantastic little find!
A really cosy little spot to have a bit of brunch or a meal with friends and family!
This place, as the name suggests is a little haven for vegetarians and vegans alike! (Even accommodating for coeliacs! Yey!)
With a wide range of light bites, main meals and desserts, as well as a bunch of tasty traybakes and cakes!
The day I visited was pancake day so had to wait a little while however that was not their fault and was really no problem, and we were seen to very promptly!
I ordered a banana shake and my friends ordered hot chocolate (topped with coconut cream - so delicious!) and coffee.
We each ordered a stack of pancakes - well worth the price as there was SO MUCH on the plate!! But they were super tasty!
I had all day breakfast and my friends had nut roast pancakes and the winter berry and yoghurt pancakes!
I really do recommend the pancakes! They’re superb and have so much flavour!
If you fancy something a little different then please try here! All the homemade food is really, REALLY tasty and the staff are super friendly!
Phenomenal breakfast and my companion loved hers too. Good quality vegan food at reasonable prices. Brownie was amazing and dense as well.

Neither a vegetarian or vegan, came here with my sister who is vegan. She has been visiting the place almost daily, that's always a good sign.
Anyway, I had the breakfast and my only addition was a fried egg. It was a superb feast, full of taste and texture. The pancakes a particular joy.
If you are vegetarian or vegan then don't hesitate, if you are not go anyway and broaden your taste horizons.
So happy that this gorgeous cafe is my local! I brought my boyfriend along for a stack of your breakfast stack pancakes - left with a very happy belly.
Shame this is shutting down. Great pancakes and the roast is excellent if you get there early enough that they haven't run out!

Great vegan/vegetarian cafe, cutely decorated. You can't leave without trying one of the brownies (vegan!!) Went here with my non vegetarian boyfriend and he enjoyed it just as much as I did. I would highly recommend the Mexican pancakes- they were super delicious! Don't leave Edinburgh without going here!!
Outstanding vegan food. My daughter had the vegan pancakes with vegan bacon and maple syrup; I had the vegan haggis, giant beans and pancakes and my husband had the vegan breakfast wraps (he said it was the best breakfast he's ever had). We were bowled over by how great the service and food was!

They have a gluten free menu (including pancakes!). The granola was delicious! The food seems to be very healthy and not too sweet.

Amazing pancakes, cute decor, really friendly, had to buy some brownies to take home too! We had the poached pear with chocolate custard, crumble and blackberries on ginger pancakes and bubble & squeak hash brown with veggie bacon, roasted tomatoes, bechamel and chilli jam on sweet potato pancakes. 2 of the best things I have ever eaten.
