Excellent place for a breakfast. Their beef sandwich with pickles is a masterpiece. Also, they serve a proper West Coast IPA. And the prices are reasonable.
As a bonus: the owner of this place is just super nice and helpful. It was a great start of the day, thank you.

Best grilled cheese I've ever eaten. Insanely good.
Went for Chipotle chicken, nachos and grilled cheese sandwich. Crisped bread, loads of filling, gooey delicious cheese melt. Go large for another 3/4 quid. It filled me up for basically the entire day.
Surprised they didn't have a basic vanilla grilled cheese on the menu, but they cooked one up on request for us.
Will be going back - once my lunch has gone down.

Sweet lord. I've been craving a proper toastie for an absolute age, so I finally got around to ordering from these guys. That £10 toastie fed me for lunch and dinner and it was incredible.

there was a large group of us and the staff were so accommodating, food was amazing (loved the corn ribs!!!), great veggie options and the staff were the nicest people we’ve ever met in our lives!! definitely recommend if you’re ever in edinburgh <333

We love the delicious food at 305.kitchen so much that we decided to contact 305 catering to plan a family birthday meal outside of Edinburgh. They helped us plan our menu for our budget, with choices for the vegans as well as the meat eaters! The celebration was amazing, and it was stress-free thanks to 305 catering - thanks guys!

Absolutely loved it here! Had their ultimate salt beef and pickle toastie and I would definitely want to come back again! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also, if you have the space (since their toasties are filling) I recommend their flavoured lattes or hot chocolate.

At a first glance £5.95 seems steep for a sandwich. That is until you see the portion sizes. The food was brilliant, and the service was exquisite - the staff really go the extra mile for you.

The sandwiches here are absolutely not messing around. Fat stacked fillings and thick fluffy 🍞.
Coffee is decent, staff are nice and it's excellent value!

This is a great place for vegans - all the options are listed in a separate section on the menu so you can tell at a glance which dishes are vegan friendly. They make their falafel fresh on site.

Great wee cafe with very good menu. Scrummy breakfast rolls, sandwiches, toasties, salads, bagels, chilli, nachos etc etc. Homemade salt beef very tasty too. All served by lovely chatty staff. Worth a visit!
