Café with excellent coffee and a good selection of baked goods. 9/10 flat white and 8/10 to the cinnamon apple muffin. The best part was the sitting area with relaxing couches for a chat or high tables for working and their signature colourful fresco, see photos.
Very nice cafe, perfect for a relaxed morning! The food was delicious, the spinach and feta quiche was especially good. I’m very glad I ran into this unexpected treasure. The front door attracted me with a good selection of pastries and croissants. I decided to enter and I was mind-blown by the lounge. Great place for a well brewed cup of coffee with plenty of flavour. Sadly there wasn't any vegan items, so wasn't able to try the food (which smelt delicious!). The seating area is very spacious and comfortable. Has a really laid back feel.

It is nice, comfortable, clean and quite cafe. Took me kids with quick breakfast. Interiors was placed nicely, specially bookshelf.
Lovely little cafe. Have been here a few times. Most of their baked goods are very delicious. Wasn't too keen on the brioche items, but the pies are certainly worth a try (especially with the small pickled chillies they sell). Coffee is tasty and atmosphere nice.

A relaxed, easygoing atmosphere with fab
The Colony Gourmet have provided catering options for our staff - excellent quality and range of Brazilian and Portuguese cuisines at reasonable prices. Home-made pies, sandwiches and brigadeiros all delicious!

Beautiful place with lots of Portuguese pastries and other goodies! Very helpful and friendly staff too. All clean and safely distanced.
Cosy little coffee shop in tollcross! Very cool interior decorations and great coffee! Did not have the option for soy milk however did have other non dairy milks. Really warm service given, the pastries also looked really good, although did not get a chance to taste any! WiFi available here.
Cozy little place with great coffee (and plenty of non-dairy options 👍🏻). The barista was super friendly and helpful, ein recommended!

Amazing coffee, the best we have tasted in Edinburgh. Really friendly staff, great service and a lovely atmosphere. We stumbled on this little gem on the first day of a 4 day holiday and had breakfast here every day.
Always enjoy here. The food is all hand prepared here we think and is wonderful. Great interesting decor. Love it. 😆
What’s not to like about this place. A hidden little gem, with plenty of seating in the back and a lovely mural on the wall.
Every time I’ve been here, the staff are always friendly, coffee and pastries are always fresh and very tasty.
We really enjoyed this cafe. The chai latte with oat milk is delicious! We had the cinnamon apple muffin and quiche and both were very tasty. I will definitely be back next time I visit Edinburgh!
