Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Table only service for breakfast, but the food was very nice. Room was clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately the hotel itself is dated and could use a facelift and the parking could do with a cleanup (not even sure why it's so dirty).

Located on Glasgow road, a bit away from centre of the city. But it is very well connected with city buses and trams. Hotel rooms are good and well maintained. Breakfast buffet spread is decent. Swimming pool and gym are well maintained and equipped. Parking is adequate
Great staff. Receptionist was welcoming. They upgraded and sent complimentary wine as it was surprise birthday gift for partner who recently diagnosed with cancer.
Accommodating. Pool lovely and warm. Room comfortable, clean. Bar food during restrictions was put on and was delish. Large quantities.
