Excellent service both at the Drive Thru and sitting in. Very pleasant staff and a decent cuppa. Decent snacks as well including their chicken, broccoli and lentil soup.

Most costa coffee are quite generic but this one stands out because of the staff. They are helpful and really friendly. Quite small because it is a drive through but worth a visit

Clean, always well stocked up and a pleasant place to chill - way less busy than the one inside the Cameron Toll centre. Also bright and spacious.
Behind the bar area seems way too small for this operation - how come there is no space by the coffee machine to put together a larger order, seems visibly lacking planning.

We were in Carlisle so popped into Costa for a break. I had a delicious hot chocolate and a gorgeous piece of carrot cake. My partner had his usual coffee, which he enjoyed because it wasn't too strong & not bitter.
The chairs were very comfortable, it wasn't too busy, but a bit chilly to sit outside.
They had a great selection of food on offer, plenty to choose from, & not expensive. I love Costa coffee shops, a great place to stop for a hot drink.
I love popping into my local Costa when shopping in the Mall at Cameron Toll where the staff are so friendly and helpful.
