Love Ikea I found something I had been searching the internet high and low for and was quite cheap so I'm very pleased
We had some questions for the kitchen department and Kelly was right at hand to answer them all she was amazing and even the small thing she didn't know about she has said she is going to find out for us 5 star customer service!! Well done Kelly!
We then went downstairs to get a hot dog and ice-cream and the 2 of them were so funny one of them was called Harris we both left happy great job ikea!!

Good place where you can get most of the furniture and household items you need. A few things I learnt:
1. Measure your space properly and have an idea of what you want to have there
2. Take a tape measure with you when visiting IKEA
3. Visit Circular Hub first as there may an item you are looking for in good condition.
4. Take your time in the showroom, some items may not be in the same category, but could be scattered all over the place in small decorated rooms
5. Take a picture with the label of the item you like or add the specific ID number to your shopping list in the app, it will make it easier for you to find it in store later
6. If you don't have a screwdriver or power tool, consider getting a FIXA pack or an electric screwdriver, it would really speed up your assembly process
7. Make sure you are really happy with an item before buying it! Even though IKEA says that items can be returned easily in the next 365 days, they have to be in the original packaging and basically unopened! Once you start assembling and want to return you can get a maximum refund of 50-60% of the original value. Even if it looks and functions like new.
8. If you are planning to buy lots of things and need the same day delivery consider renting a van as it can be cheaper and more convenient.
Practical stylish and affordable furniture. You can also get your breakfast or lunch.
Meatballs are the best!
I was looking for sliding doors for a bedroom wardrobe. PAX is one range, but I'll probably go for the Skytta.
Staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to help me sort out getting the sofa we wanted (there was limited stock on some covers so it took maybe half an hour for them to find a colour that had the full set). I really struggle with interacting with strangers, but they were lovely and helpful. Big thank you to Sergio and Ian!
Absolutely love this place! The food was a bit bland one time but other than that it’s really great 😊
First time I had ever taken the kids, him 3 and her 6. They loved it and so much for them to see and experience, just as a shop should be. The cafe was not back to full menu yet and pretty busy with limited staff i guess, but I appreciate much of that may be out of their control.
Overall a great experience and could happily have spent many more hours (and £'s) in IKEA.
Great as always, haven't been for little while. Prices have gone up it was quite noticeable. Cafe still good value, free refills still being allowed. Worth a visit. Not sure when Xmas shop will be available.
I love IKEA. However, it is a long time since I visited the store. As a person with mental and physical health issues, I found the crowds of shoppers to be rude and caused me much anxiety, and they barely made room for a man using a walking stick.
That apart I was only there for 2 specific items which I gathered as fast as I could before exiting the shop.
I did have to speak to a member of staff who gave the usual high standard of service and was very helpful.
I must remember nit to visit during the weekend again though!
Great place to buy stuffs
It's IKEA, it is exactly what you exoect. Got some lunch in the cafe, had to have their veggie meatballs , were fine. Managed to get out with only buying 1 extra thing other than we intended. Got notes of a few things to go back for. Go with a loaded wallet, change is coming to our living room! Very clean, well presented and laid out store.
Quite a while since I was in an IKEA store, but the beauty of them is the layout is similar. Found most things I was looking for, but needed to ask two members of staff about a couple of items. Staff were easily located and were helpful. Some construction work happening at the front entrance but it doesn't cause any inconvenience. Great value for money as always.
It is helpful to wander around the the rooms for Inspiration.I tried a few sofas and chair not impressed. Lack of comfort and support but affordable.
I do like the storage systems and cabinets.
Bought a bathroom storage stand which looks great in place with basket.
Handy to have a restaurant but the food is terrible.Ok for a hot drink.
IKEA staff is helpful if you can find them.
The store is always interesting to explore.
IKEA does have some weird rule though on online purchases. You have 72 after delivery hours to check if your goods are not damaged. So if you don't know this rule and leave your items unchecked you risk having chipped or damaged items. The food is always tasty, though if you're after a healthy food you won't find it in the hotdogs and the chips.
Under renovation (Sept ‘23) so an exit isn’t in use. Everyone knows about Ikea, the food at the exist is still phenomenally priced.
Great choice of everything you could need for your home! From furniture, accessories, lighting in all colour ranges something for everyone! Could easily spend the day in here as there’s so much to look at
Very efficient store and lots of variety. Loved the restaurant and cafe section!! All well look around and purchase choice.
Another jaunt to my favourite store ..so many lovely things to buy ..was here last week for a bed but unfortunately didn't have the drawers to match ..so back to get them and as usual basket filled with other items ..lol ..just can't help picking up a good bargain ..didn't go into the restaurant this time but did have a hot dog and coffee on the way out .very nice ..
