Crew members were helping to advertise the new barbie movie by wearing hulla chain-necklaces and had the restaurant decorated in a holiday theme to match.
No one was at the counter when we walked in, however within a minute someone was there showing us to our table, so didn’t wait long at all to be seated. She even had a smile and was so friendly.
Ordering process was really smooth, our waiter came to the table and put our drinks through first then our food. The service between ordering and drinks/food arriving was very quick. The food was on the pricey-side, but was very fresh and worth every penny. Dessert, we really liked the brownie! Was hot and really nice with the cold ice cream.
Perfect place to eat for couples, family meals or anything in between. We ended up giving a little tip as well as paying for our meal as the service was excellent.
If you like a drink (which I don’t really) there is a good selection of wines to choose from if wanted a glass with your meal, same for beers & spirits.
I highly recommend visiting if you’re nearby and want something to eat.

Great friendly familt restaurant with good service. Food was tasty and came out relatively quick. The ameretto sours was incredible and the £6 cocktail deal was a bonus! Worth a visit for the decor alone.

Food at Frankie & Benny's is always nice and their customer service is excellent. Staff are making sure to serve us promptly and they made us feel welcomed each time. Will definitely go back and recommend for a lunch/dinner anyday 👌

Excellent friendly service, clean and chilled. Our server Ross couldn't have been any more attentive 👍. No long waits, food was lovey no complaints, will be back 😀

Delicious food as always but prices are creeping up so we aren't as able to treat ourselves as much as before. £15.30 for Meatballs when in other restaurants you can get the same meal for £5 less makes it a little disappointing. Hence not 5 stars. Staff helpful and friendly. Worth a visit.

Frankie & Bennie's is an America style diner with a good selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner, shakes, cocktails and drinks.
I opted for the monster breakfast - The big Scottish one to see me through my day of shopping.
Prices are reasonable and in this particular branch (Fort Kinnaird) the staff were very welcoming, attentive and friendly.
I would most definitely recommend here.

Not been in a while due to continued decline in quality and enjoyment of F&B's but they've turned a corner, great food good atmosphere plenty of staff on hand all nice there was an offer applied to the meals that we were unaware of and wasn't listed on the menu so made the whole meal much cheaper which was a nice surprise

Had lunch from the 2 dishes for £10 menu, Chicken strips with bbq sauce and cheese burger. Quick friendly service and food was great for the price.

I looove frankie & benny's but can't give a 5 star because of the recent price increase its only a couple of quid but it all adds up the service was great and the food tasted good and the atmosphere was nice will probably go again when in the area just not as much

We asked for buffalo wings to start and instead of sour cream they gave us BBQ sauce without even explaining that didn't have any. Just put it on the table and walked away. We both got spagetti carbonara and it was so bland and tasteless. Not an enjoyable meal at all

Waited an hour for our main to arrive. When it did it was cold. The waitress who was nice took our meals away. She came back with them warmer saying the meals were under the grill. Eh no they just microwaved them. My partners meal was just warm. He sent that back. My chips were like rubber, i didn't want to make another complaint about mines so ate it as we waited ages on dinner. My partners new dinner arrived after i finished mines which is fair enough. His well done steak was overly well done. Wont be back here anytime soon. On the plus side the music was great!!

Last night my family and I experienced shocking service at your Frankie and Bennys Fort Kinnaird last night!... I booked a table for 6:30 for Father’s Day and we didn’t get our table for another 10 mins after! Other family’s were waiting up to 30 mins for a table they had booked! The manager was instantly rude to us with a “I really don’t care” attitude we Shook it off as we were starving and wanted just to enjoy Father’s Day! We waited for over half an hour for for our starters to arrive my nana ordered a watermelon and feta salad and they had left all the rind on the watermelon bites. My Mums lemon was mouldy and calamari rubbery.... no one came to take a drink order or ask how our food was I had to go up to the bar to order them. The manager who was initially rude to us did apologise and say she would take the 2 starters off the bill. Then 1hr 30 after sitting down our mains finally arrive and they are all STONE COLD!! We complained obviously... to be helped by a lovely server who alerted his manager that there was an issue. The manager was sat on his butt and didn’t bother moving until we got up and decided to leave and get a chippy on the way home. He asked “is everything okay?” Um no!!! We explained our disgust with our experience and explained we wanted to pay for our first round of drinks and leave as when our second round of drinks arrived we also had received our cold mains and decided to leave. Therefore the second round wasn’t drank or touched! He said “well I appreciate that’s how you feel if you could pay for your drinks then you can leave” he made us pay for all our drinks! Fair enough charging for the first round but to make us pay for the second after the issues we were having was just disgusting. I said fine but I work on the park so I want my 20% off and I showed him my app to get the discount. He said He wouldn’t discount the alcoholic beverages which is nonsense as I have with my work colleagues had drinks at your fort kinnaird store before and we got our 20% off the drinks. The manager was un professional and acted like we were an inconvenience that he wanted to get a fight out of. we weren’t even offered the free Budweiser that all dads where supposed to be getting we also where not the only people sending food back left right and centre or complaining about the service DISGUSTED happy Father’s Day NOT put it this way that experience has lead to us agreeing we will never step foot in that restaurant again! Disgusting!

I was very excited when the lovely ladies at Hummingbird Communications sent me a £20 voucher to try out Frankie and Benny's at Fort Kinnaird. I'm a girl who just loves to eat all the food, so obviously I was pretty excited to go along. . Now the week I went was actually national breakfast week but due to being a sleepy woman in the morning, I missed out. Which is a shame as I do enjoy a good fry up.

Me and my mum stopped for some lunch during a shopping day and we were both looking forward to it as it had been quite a while since eating at F&Bs.... We were quite disappointed!!!

*The service was pretty good, staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
However they have started using these strange little serving tables to give you two plates of food and its just a farce.

*we ordered a BBQ chicken wrap and a Louisiana Hot wrap off the lunch menu - I asked for the bbq wrap without cheese and my mum had the Hot sauce on the side... We shortly realised we had been given two BBQ wraps so sent one back... Then we realised the wrap I was biting into, had cheese in it!! Not impressed!

*the BBQ chicken wrap was dripping in sticky sauce that went everywhere... Not good and I ended up leaving 3/4 of the wrap as it was just soggy with no filling

*the atmosphere was pretty good, music was a tolerable volume and quite a dainty little place

Overall, we were disappointed in our experience 😒 and I feel F&Bs needs to up their game, redesign and reconsider their aim

I was quite disappointed with Frankies as it serves Italian food which is my favourite so by rights I should have loved it. However, I wasn't so keen. For starters we got garlic bread with cheese (BBQ base) which was amazing and I would definitely have that again. We also got loaded potato skins which I expected to be great but they were just average and didn't have much flavour. For mains Gary got a burger which he liked and I got a margherita pizza which had lumps of tomato on it. It was also like something you would buy out a freezer for a pound so I was not impressed at all with it. Then for dessert I got fudge chocolate brownie sundae and that was really nice but sickly so I couldn't eat it all. Gary got the fudge chocolate brownie cake and he did enjoy it but he too got full very quickly. It wasn't so much that the food was bad but it was definitely not worth the price we paid- bill was just over £40. Luckily we had a £20 pound voucher to review it from the fort PR but I'd have been quite frustrated if I had paid full price for it. If you want to try frankies I recommend going at lunch time and not ordering pizza! Our staff member was also pretty miserable and we could never get her attention when we wanted anything.
