A good coffee and cheerful smile is what you need in the mornings. I go there everyday and Lucy greets me with great smile on her face each time. Although it’s a very busy place, staff work hard to keep the place clean. I don’t get why people are complaining about dirty cups being left on the tables. If you think the staff has time to do the dirty dishes, you should also have some other vacant tables in the shop (meaning it’s always a busy place).
Always come in here before going to my work. Lovely staff, kind and caring and genuinely care about you and your order.
Always get what you asked for as well, really prompt service and the atmosphere in here is great. Really clean and tidy coffee shop as well.
Not had much food in this branch but will in the future. Can't fault this establishment at all, really impressed!.
Very spacious interior and it looks so aesthetically pleasing! I ordered the gingerbread latte and it was alright.. it’s a must visit just for the interior itself as it looks really cute and adorable! If you are visiting Edinburgh it can be one of the spots to take up cute pictures! 😄😄

Visited on a weekend. It wasn't too busy. Really friendly staff, peaceful and well ventilated so was nice and cool inside. Enjoyed my few hours here.
Big bucks for a Starbucks, no longer a impulse purchase, almost £5 for a mocha. Now Starbucks has become a weekly treat .
Still the best coffee.

I was very surprised when I went to Starbucks in Edinburgh as the staff were very nice and friendly. It was cold and i was having a bad day so nipped in for a hot drink and something to eat. The staff were very nice behind the counter and when my drink arrived there was a big heart shape on the top it was priceless. On leaving the young lady asked if I enjoyed my drink and to have a lovely day which made me have a big smile leaving the shop. Thanks

Why does everyone think it's ok to sit in a coffee shop buy nothing but get to use the WiFi and charge up everything they own for free using the shops electric ⚡
This Starbucks location is a fantastic spot with excellent service, delightful coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Excellent, quick and helpful staff and I can either place my order when I am on bus or train and it's ready when I walk in or if I place it in morning they are always quick making it. Makes getting out of bed and coming into the office a bit easier knowing a Starbucks is on the other end!
