I can't complain about the food, but one of the staff members was sooo slow it was unbelievable. I appreciate that he may have been new to the role, but how many times do you really have to check an order before you can remember what it says!
Witnessed excellent customer service at this BK the team are superb and very friendly. Unfortunately the Halloumi Burger's standard sauce option of Mayo doesn't seem to make any sense to me.
Nice big sitting area but i was very disappointed to see plastic coffee stirrer i buy my coffee from Mc D and they use wooden strirer's i think Bking should adapt to decrease the use of non recyclable plastic
My coffee was great hence 5 star
nice burgers and large portion sizes surrounded by other restaurants so if you're friends don't want one you can still eat together in the open area of the food court
On the 7.01.20 around 5pm we were served by a very kind lady who was genuinely interested in providing us with great customer service.

Big queue which was still there when we left which indicated not enough staff on but service was fast and food was fresh and tasted good
The bacon king is calorific but its so nice.
Service in the gyle was fast too what more can you ask for.
Its my fave place to eat food at and their Oreo ice cream milk shake is AMAZEBALLS its that good. 5/5 for me and I definetily would recomend it 💝😄😇💝😄😇💝😄😇
