Tasty food. We had dish and chips, calamari, a mixed salad, haggis bonbons and pizza. It took a long time for the food to arrive but the waiter explained the poor chef was on his own! Worth the wait. Friendly staff good food and a great location
Just been to boat house for my daughters 18th birthday meal.
Such a lovely setting inside and out. Staff are basically falling over you to help and make sure youre experience is top notch which you always get at the boat house. Thanks guys for another amazing visit and great memories ❤️

The Boathouse is no longer. Portabello Beach Cafe Bistro Restaurant is now in it's place. Food and drinks very good! Lovely outdoor seating near the beach!

One of my favourite restaurants perfect spot by the beach, and do the best fish batter, also quick service and staff are always so friendly.
Very good team brought us beer, cocktails and food in a beach bar atmosphere. Very roomy with all the extra space at the minute. We had absolutely no complaints and enjoyed our visit very much. Good views of the bustling beach.
Easily my favourite sundrenched venue along the Portobello Promenade, scrumptious pizzas, evidently just fresh out their oven, though not for the impatient as they can take quite a while to arrive while you have banter over expresso martinis 🤩
Food was of amazing quality, had to wait an hour for food but we came during a busy time and was well worth the wait! Very friendly staff too
