I had a terrible experience at the hostel I was staying, and had a very early morning connection flight. Walked in at about 830 pm, and they told me they were open all night. Reese and Ross were working, and they were amazing. Ross got me a cuppa, and Reese sold me a Ceasar wrap. They assured me their lobby wouldn't close and I would be safe here. They were an absolute delight. Really turned my experience in Edinburgh around. Thank you both!

Spacious with lots of seating spaces for overnight stay. Could be cleaner, but compensated by the amounts of seats and tables. Great customer service from the baristas Khathambari and Ross!

Staff are very nice and friendly. They are quick and will always have a smile on their face, however the place could really use some tidying up.

Visited this starbucks while waiting for a flight, I was pretty stressed but the worker at the till, her name was Evie I believe, she was so kind and chatty that I was relieved slightly of my stress and got a lovely drink to sip on while I waited. Service like that is so lovely to experience, I appreciated it very much.

Just came in off a late flight from Ireland to Edinburgh, the staff member was a woman and she was very friendly and efficient even though it was late at night. Excellent coffee as well, nicest coffee I’ve had in a while!

After a late night arriving back at the airport this was the gem that was open for a short while (closes for a bit about 2 o'clock am) . Very nice staff coffee very good as usual and nice slice of caramel shortcake. If you are stuck overnight nice place to sit and chill before a morning flight .
