Was told it has just recently opened and sure enough I saw who looked like the chef/manager walking around from tables to tables to check if everyone was enjoying themselves. I see this restaurant as the one that serves well in your neighbourhood. Cosy decor with cushioned seats making me feel relaxed. The menu was printed on paper so I guess the dishes change from time to time. I had Zucca Agrodolce - pickled pumpkin - as starter and Anelletti Sicilia- ring like pasta with beef/pork ragu, both tasted like very nice and comfy home cooking dishes. Would I travel far to come and eat here again? Probably not. But if I live in the neighbourhood, then why not treat myself some good cooking from time to time?

Leopardo is the best best Italian restaurant we've come across in Edinburgh. The menu is innovative, the ingredients are fresh, bursting with flavour and have obviously received expert attention.

Great to see re-opening. Missed Alessandro and his Sicilian pastries. Highly recommend to anyone who loves genuine Italian cooking. Priceless.

Have had both a Friday evening and Saturday lunch. It is the closest, by far, since I was a regular in the Valbonne, Cagnes Sur Mere area of The Med, to that style of quality of eating - class !
