Absolutely love this place. The authentic dishes are sensational, I originally tried The Peruvian street food at the Pitt Market which was amazing so was delighted to hear Carlo has his first residency at a new cocktail bar on Princes St. The ceviche is one of the best dishes I have ever had!
Great food! The Ceviche is amazing!! The fish is fresh and gluten free. The fried cheese and guacamole are delicious!! Pork tacos are pretty amazing too.
Eating The Peruvian food us just like being in Peru!!! Great flavours, impeccable presentation of each dish... love it! For sure I’ll come back!!
