Subway is located near the Museum of Scotland next to the Greyfriars Kirkyard. Fast service and decent seating with toilet facilities.
Nice place to have a quick meal. Friendly and welcoming staff. All the tables were dirty and no one cleaning them. Probably worth having one more member on shift.
Been here a few times now. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food is decent quality.

Nice place, many tables to sit down, toilet music, good food and very kind staff. The price of the sub is cheaper in a bundle and you get more sub+drink+cookie. Don't listen to negative reviews, this place is great!
Easily the best Subway in the central Edinburgh area. Good amount of dining space. Doesn't seem to attract too many tourists, as it seems to be geared more towards Edinburgh Uni students. If you don't might the occasional decent of posh youths, this is the Subway for you.
