I've ordered take-away from Miao's kitchen. Their gwa bao is probably the most authentic you can find in Edinburgh. Their roast duck bento is simply stunning! This is such a gem, given how few authentic Taiwanese restaurants there are in Edinburgh. Highly highly recommended!

Yesterday we had my daughter's birthday party at Miao's kitchen and this has been great.
The food was really good: sandwiches, cakes, quiches, and obviously crêpes. Everyone had a great time.

今天乘巴士經過，偶然發現這間 cafe，店內有點法式風情，陽光從落地大玻璃窗映入，顧客能享受午後陽光。加上店內播放著輕快柔和的音樂，一片悠閒寫意的氣氛。要不是早已有客人佔著窗邊的座位，我一定坐到那邊去😊
店員很勤快地遞上餐牌，竟然意外地有中英雙語顯示，還要是繁體中文，份外有親切感！
更驚喜的是餐牌內寫著各種台灣食品，有滷肉飯，還有台灣牛肉麵！在愛丁堡多久沒吃過這兩道菜啊！來了這裡之後只吃過鹽酥雞等台灣小食，就是極懷念滷肉飯啊！
果然，是正宗台灣的味道，回憶中真實的台灣吃到的味道！原來店主是台灣人！濃郁、溫潤，滷肉飯就像台灣人的敦厚和溫柔，讓人感到溫暖。
