Medo Cafe Edinburgh - Edinburgh - Photo album

Just walked in for the first time on a sunny morning to have breakfast and food was really good. I was kinda sceptical at first with the service when we first came into the cafe but got settled in after the food was served. I would recommend.
Its small cafe but quite nice. Service is fast, taste nice too. I order wrap with fries and salad for 7,5. The owner is helping me to have a group pic with my friend too!
I went to this place for the first time. It is a very nice little shop. I had the lentils soup as a takeaway. It was very very tasty and served with a very nice slice of warm bread. I would definitely go back! Definitely recommend!!!
Really great place for breakfast! ❤️ Ladies were really kind. The breakfast was so good. I never had that huuuge pankaces 😀. Everything was well seasoned. I really recommend this place.
A Mediterranean experience in Edinburgh. Very friendly staff, tasty Turkish food, overall very pleasant experience
Stumbled upon this gem while charity shopping. Cozy, warm, inviting. Homemade food, great price, delicious. The owner gave us a dessert with poppy seed which was delicious, not overly sweet -as many dessert are, I find- and complemented our Turkish coffee very well. Will recommend and would back aga
I try to stop in at Medo Cafe whenever I’m in Edinburgh. Great food at a reasonable price, friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. Also great to try some Turkish options!
Really looked after my mum and dad when they stopped in recently. They enjoyed the coffee, sweet treats and conversation with the owner. Dad loves Turkish coffee and was delighted when he was given some grounds as he left to make at home.
I love this restaurant and the food was very delicious, i ate breakfast with soup it was amazing!! And they have a diverse menu, the turkish coffee is very very delicious!! And very good service , thank for the staff they're so friendly :D
The question really is what you're looking for. The establishment had "cafe" in its title, but the emphasis is on a Mediterranean restaurant. Which accords well with the area, with it's multiple ethnic foodways. But I wouldn't recommend for coffee! PS It's very interesting fire me that the owner off
Went in for the first time today service was amazing food was amazing will definitely return, tried Turkish black tea ☕ for the first time 👍 and the chips 😀 amazing
A delightful, family-run cafe with a homely feel and decor. The food is amazing and you can taste all the love the owners put into their food. I had Simit, Turkish coffee, and Turmeric &White Lemon drink. I was very pleasantly surprised by the owner offering me an absolutely delicious dessert - Kada
Excellent service! Very courteous, helpful, friendly attitude from staff. Tasty food - big menu - including Turkish specialities; a bit pricey, but prices are up everywhere! If I get the opportunity I’ll surely return :)
I was there by chance. Rent a house nearby on a business trip. Nice staff, and the breakfast was good. Very good value for money. Simple food served with much love. Gracias!
very lovely place. the atmosphere was so cozy and warm, the staff were very kind and helpful. nicely decorated which really adds to the experience. they have a great food selection and the chai latte i had tasted amazing!
First breakfast while on my trip in Edinburgh and this surely did not disappoint! My meal was exactly as expected and staff did everything to make me feel welcomed and satisfied. Value for money was the icing on the cake. Would definitely come back.
Super friendly staff, huge variety of mediterranean dishes and such delicious food! Will definitely go there again!
I was looking for a Turkish breakfast place on my birthday and found this gem. This is a lovely cafe and it has a great selection of breakfast and lunch. We had a Turkish breakfast which was excellent. Service and quality both wonderful. And staff was so amazing!
Very good breakfast. My favorite was the haggis on scrambled egg on sour-dough bread with avocado topping. The paninis with french-cheese, prosiutto & cranberries were also very tasty.
